Love this local gem... absolutely wonderful service and delicious home style, soul food... very much enjoy every plate we get, portions are large enough to share... we always get the opposite dishes so we can try multiple dishes every visit! Yall are awesome.. highly recommend!

We went there, excited to get a fish dinner. But when we arrived over an hour before closing time, the doors were locked, and it was closed. The hours of operation were clearly posted on the locked door, and it should have been open. The lights were on inside, and we could see people in there, but there was no fish dinner for us. Very disappointing.

I ordered food yesterday on Saturday at 4 and the food kept getting delayed then canceled our order 2 hours later because they were "closed" when online it says they closed at 6:30. This isn't my first bad experience with the restaurant and should have listened to my mother when she told me not to order from here. The last time the Mac and cheese was sub par the potato salad tasted like there was a bucket of sugar dumped in it, then they ran out of food, just an overall bad experience. I will not be going there ever again.
Let me just say why the hell did I wait soo long to eat here . I didn't know what to expect when I walked in but what I got was friendly staff nice customers a pleasantly decorated looking place with a great vibe and they cook soo damn good my new goto spot taste so good will make your tongue beat your brain out. Highly recommend to anyone who wants real southern food yum !!
