Ordered ahead on the app - was told by two employees they had no such order, so I headed for the next nearest Wendy's. Once my wife heard this, she called the original location only to be told 'he should have come in'. She went ballistic. '...you couldn't walk the bag over to the window?!?' She was answered with silence. A full half hour after placing the order, I'm back and inside where my order was sitting - cold. Not one employee engaged me or even made eye contact. Management? I saw none. Not physically or through the 'performance' of the staff. Strong recommendation: eat elsewhere/ the work ethic here is non-existent.

Terrible I will never go back has the advertised buy one single cheeseburger and get another one for a dollar but no one knew anything about it and they even had a sign in the window that said you could buy one for a dollar if you bought one at regular price and no one you anything about it and we could not get the deal that they advertised on TV so Wendy's is false advertising just to get you into their store , we we're very disappointed with Wendy's and will never go back !!!!!

I go there quite a bit through the drive-thru. They've been pretty efficient for me and they're pretty busy and everything seems to be great and I've gotten like five orders and 5 days and I've had no issues.
