I go there quite a bit through the drive-thru. They've been pretty efficient for me and they're pretty busy and everything seems to be great and I've gotten like five orders and 5 days and I've had no issues.
We went in and there were only 4 people working. Everyone looked like they were doing double duties. The cashier was working the fryer and also packing orders so she didn't get to us for several minutes. We saw at least one other customer give up and leave. There was a young man stocking cups, but didn't even acknowledge us. The cashier apologized for taking so long, so we don't blame her. The place was pretty disarrayed and unorganized looking. Ordered ahead on the app - was told by two employees they had no such order, so I headed for the next nearest Wendy's. Once my wife heard this, she called the original location only to be told 'he should have come in'. She went ballistic. '...you couldn't walk the bag over to the window?!?'
