Stopped here for a bite to eat and have nothing but great things to say. My family has been ordering cakes from Alaina’s for years but this was my first time trying their food! I got the two pigs and a birdie panini and it was sooo delicious. The crispy chicken tacos were also to die for. The service was really great everybody was very nice and attentive. Will be coming back

The grilled New York strip steak panini was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and juicy. The horseradish mayo added a tangy kick, while the crispy fried onions had a delightful crunch. The fresh baby arugula and roma tomato added a vibrant burst of flavor, and the balsamic onion caramelized beautifully. Daniel & The friendly staff and the interesting selection of beers on tap made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this panini was a delicious and satisfying that I would highly recommend.

I have always enjoyed the yummy food selection and the joy I feel when bringing someone here for their first time.

However I do not care for the lack of efficiency or valuing my time when I visit. A lot of times I have experienced the wait staff being overwhelmed with simple orders. I tend to overlook the inconsistency because the food makes up for the frantic customer service.

Today I ordered a take out lunch special from the menu. I got home with my meal and noticed it was prepared incorrectly. I arrived back to the restaurant to express my gratitude and also disappointment with my meal. The manager was not positive and blamed me for the situation. She was very rude and short with me over “sauce on the sandwich”. I’m not sure what her attitude was truly about. I don’t think anyone should be villainized for food being prepared incorrectly. The interaction felt gross and inappropriate.

I hope next time there is an issue it is meant with a level of respect, understanding and care.
