We ordered from here as my sister had eaten at another location (out of state) before.

The salad appeared fresh and those who can eat gluten enjoyed the garlic knots and cheese pizza.

As my sister and I both have a real gluten allergy, we ordered the gluten free pizza, which, when we called, we were told is handled with care.

The ingredients seemed fresh and the flavors were great on these pizzas. Unfortunately within a few hours I had a reaction that only happens when I have eaten gluten. I eat pizza out without impact or cross contamination issues — so the fact that this pizza must have actually had gluten in or on it is very disappointing.

While I would say it is worth eating here — I would warn anyone with an allergy to stay away.

Dietary restrictions: We ordered two gluten free pizzas — and I think as sick within a few hours. Without a doubt they have a cross contamination and I would avoid eating here if you have a real allergy as I do.

Enjoyed our date night here so much! Loved the 12" Pauli's Pie so very much! We asked for it a little "less than well done" - perfect for our tastes!!! The ingredients are all so fresh and pure, just like homemade... Except we sure don't have such a special 900 deg pizza oven at home!

Walked in, ordered pizza to go (receipt clearly listed as "Takeout" (Walk-In)). Told it would be 20 minutes. Sat at high top table scrolling internet while waiting. After 25 minutes I want cashier and asked by my pizza. It had been done and sitting on rack for at least 5-10 minutes and no one told me. They weren't busy (maybe 5-6 tables), workers standing around not doing much, and manager was sitting at bar with daytime bar maid. Staff is inept.....
I want my $2 tip refunded. See check # 150.

Food is decent but my main complaint is the service. A table of 6 and the waitresses bought out all the appetizers at once immediately followed by the soup, which was cold,and 2 pizzas. Learn to meter the pace so the patrons can enjoy their food instead of the slam and cram.

unfortunately the west palm location closed, but we got pizza recently from here and was fine, but then tonight we got pizza takeout to find it absolutely freezing cold by time we took a bite. we couldn’t eat any of it. picky eater or not, i get what i order because it’s hot and fresh this seemed to be sitting out forever and was cold, we get hot honey so that was even hardened. disappointed and a waist of 30-35$ that ended up going in trash. super unfortunate that we can’t trust getting pizza here anymore.

Not a great food experience. Wings were dry, garlic knots overcooked, pizza soft in the middle and a little overcooked on crust. Usually a better experience. Service was great.

I did not enjoy the pasta or the pizza. The tiramusu was good. The service was poor. It took along time to get a server.
