Terrible service!! I placed an online order at 11:48 for pickup at 12:15. I arrived at 12:10 and asked about it several times. My order wasn’t ready until 12:35, despite 7 other people coming in, ordering food and getting their food. I asked multiple times. They could have made my food five times over in the time I waited!! I would have been much better off just coming in and ordering, and I would have left if I hadn’t already paid for my food through the app. Pitiful service.

Employees VERY nice, order person patient. Very pleasant drive through experience.
I can't say if the food is good or not because I've been here 7 minutes so far waiting on food that they said the chicken is the reason I had to wait but I told him instead just make it to RV slider instead and I still don't have my food there's three people waiting beside me and there's no line but we're all waiting here for food this is fast food I told her I had to hurry she said it would only be a couple minutes I'm going to update you until I get my food it is now 11:11 I ordered at 11:01 still nothing.
Update: In addition to the long long wait my simple classic roast beef is covered in cheese....
I went inside and there's only one person waiting who had a to-go order on her phone that was already ordered before and by 11:14 she gave me my order because she know I was waiting I haven't even checked if it's okay or not all I know is now I am late for work I asked her if it was going to be awake she should have told me I'm very frustrated now if I had known it was going to be a wait I would not have ordered here today and I love Arby's

Screwed in Drive-Through While the food we received was good. They FAILED to fulfill our entire order. They did not put the burger we also ordered into the bag. While we were charged for it, never got it! And when I attempted to call them several times, the call went to their fax machine after 30-45 seconds of ringing. I am displeased with this type of service, when they ask you to go park somewhere and they take care of other customers, then forget your entire order!!

Everything was super clean, floors, freshly mopped, bathrooms were spotless, and the inside of the whole restaurant was very clean. Food was made fresh right when I ordered it and the young man at the front was very professional and very polite.
