Bolay is always a great environment. I love every location, but here in Alton has the best vibes. There are great people working there. Today, I had a great conversation with a young gentlemen at the front desk named Alex. He helped me understand that if I did not want to get a meat protein, I could instead substitute it for avocado. I will be coming back! Great food.

I love bolay! Such a great healthy option for me and super close to my job so I can stop in on my lunch break! I think I’m addicted to the sweet potato noodles, and the staff of always so kind and helpful!
