The food was fantastic, the service slightly above average, but my main gripe was the app. The app is not intuitive for first-time users and the $5 coupon for first-time purchase doesn't apply itself as you check out. Is the coupon code supposed to be applied where promo codes are applied? Why doesn't the app know it's my first order and apply it automatically? This experience was supposed to be seamless, but the coupon doesn't mention "scan when you order at the counter", which would have avoided this logistical mishap through graphical text. Otherwise , I would not have ordered on the app. Kudos to the manager for refunding the order in a timely fashion, but it's a pity that an app developer (using Java or Kotlin) would do this to first-time users, creating an inconvenience for employees and customers because I had to have my order voided in order to get the $5 off. Fortunately, there wasn't huge line.

Bolay is my go to spot when I’m on the go and in need of something quick and healthy to refuel. My only complaint is the amount of sodium they put in the food sometimes. In the moment, the food tastes amazing but within an hour, you get an unquenchable thirst. Also, this location did not have a water dispenser whereas the one in West Palm Beach does. I mean if you’re promoting healthy tasty food, you’ve gotta have H2O for the people. Overall, great place and great prices.

Found this place a few weeks ago and love it. Chipotle style, but the bowls are healthy. You should try it out. App is easy to use once you set it up and get used to how to order, etc.

We stopped because Glutenfree but as soon as we crossed the threshold there was a burning smell that you couldn't eat inside. Obviously doors closed and air conditioning at maximum for excellent recycling of burnt fumes. In the photo my son's broccoli is obviously burnt. Good chicken, salmon, noodles but they are all mixed together, from a good Italian it becomes an inedible meatloaf, probably here they like it that way but we know tastes are tastes. I would try other places in the chain but I wouldn't go back to this specific one. The icing on the cake was zero sympathy from the attendants.
