I love Bolay but for some Reason the Northlake location is just horrible food quality is not cooked right customer service is honestly pretty but which is weird every other location I’ve been to is great. Mybe it’s the AREA ! Owners need to step in and take care of it if you know what I mean.

Not returning Simple!! I did enjoy Bolay but went on a lunch time AND everything looked over cook & So got the noodles that I had to wait for. Just to get noodles that was Bland.

The only reason I gave service 3 in not a 1 is due the gentleman who took my order cause the young lady there had the worst attitude!!! She needs to work on the back of the store if she not going to smile in keep rolling her eyes

Always issues with their 2 for 1 special. It’s a total rip off and just one bowl serving split into 2. Each very skimpy and not worth it. If they don’t want to run the deal then don’t do it at all.

Oh my God, the manager who is a lady with a light blue shirt long dark hair she was amazing. I did the mistake to order by 2:30 and original was 130 so I came to the store and I figured out my mistake and she was so polite excellent customer service and She did everything that she have in her power to complete my order So fast for sure I will come back. I recommended excellent customer service. I ordered an Uber eats for myself, Gabriella

So let me start with this… l L❤️VE Bolay, fantastic food, always fresh, consistent & delicious 😋. HOWEVER, I ordered the BOGO wings, sorry Bolay, but stick with what works. I threw all but one out. I had them delivered & knew as soon as I saw them that they weren’t edible. One side look cooked & the other side looked raw. If you’re going to bake wings… turn them over. So, I wound up having to place another order from somewhere else so I had lunch. I took these wings home & put them in the air fryer… it didn’t help, the taste was terrible & had to spit it out, thought I might throw up. Complete waste of money.

I’m going to stick w/my bowls… so much better!
