Our waiter was very attentive. There was a time when the service was terrible at Brio, but I have found that the past couple times we were there. We had very good service.

While our children enjoyed their buttered noodles, we asked for something completely different (spaghetti and meatballs). This was delivered to our table 10 mins before our meals for me and my wife so our kids were done eating before we even started. The waitress picked up dishes from our table without even mentioning or addressing this. My wife and I also got an old fashioned and calamari. None of which was good. Both of our entries - lasagna and salad were also awful. The waitress to her credit didn't charge us for the lasagna, and was nice, but it would have been good if our food was delivered together. Overall however the experience was really poor as both drinks, appetizer, and both entrees were all really bad.

I had a great server, AMY. Food is always good, great location, beautiful decor. Prices getting too high.

Brio is a fantastic place to dine at the mall. The food was incredibly delicious and the servers were so kind and professional. We celebrated my nephews birthday and had such a wonderful time!

As always, Brio doesn't disappoint. Food was delicious and the staff always pays attention to details.

I always loved Brio and was very disappointed when the one in my home town, Boca Raton, closed. But we were at the beautiful Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens and had lunch at the Brio's at the mall. It was wonderful! Beautiful venue, our server Nathan was so professional and helpful, and the food was so delicious! Wish it was closer.

Fettuccine with chicken and spinach was horrible. The sauce was so thick it was almost nauseating. Will never order that dish again. The patio was heavily populated so service was a bit slow.

We eat here quite often. That night my food was cold, asked 3 times for iced tea refill and got my own , wait staff wouldn't even look our way and had an attitude. My husband's Chicken Limon however was excellent. We expect more from Brio

Server was great. Starry then ginger ales were both flat. Food tasted delicious. My side of red sauce was forgotten but brought when asked. They gave nice size lime slices for our San pellegrino. The scent/frangrance used in the bathrooms was way too strong. Decoration of flowers and bunnies were out for Easter. We reserved a booth and received it. We had no wait. The special soup of day was Italian meatball and I highly recommend it! They use to give a few bread options in basket, now it's just sourdough. We were here for a date and it was nice and quiet, very enjoyable.

We were seated right away and the servers brought warm bread and drink orders quickly. We did not have to wait long for our food to be delivered hot and tasty!

Very unpleasant experience. Starting off, I requested a booth and there were many available, and the hostess insisted on seeing us by the door. The door kept opening and closing with the servers going in and out to the patio and it was freezing cold the entire dinner. Our waitress Amy was horrendously Nowhere to be found. She never checked back with us to see if we needed anything, and was slow from beginning to end. I ordered a steak, which was one of the pricer items on the menu, medium rare and it came well done. I waited 50 minutes for the original steak to come out then had to wait another 15 to 20 for the redo to come out by the time that came my husband was completely done with his meal. Terrible, terrible service, marginal, food, and not a very special evening. There are so many better restaurants around don't waste your time.

Opentable Diner

We sat at the table after getting water and waited for a server to return. After waiting a reasonable period of time plus additional time we got up and left. This is not the first time we had issues with getting served. We have dined here before and enjoyed the food, ambience and service. The Server issue seems to a new problem. I hope they get there act together soon

If you're OK paying $11 for a 12 ounce bottle of Domestic beer at a chain restaurant, then make your reservation and enjoy. Prices for entrees are equally high. The Chicken Picatta was excellent but at $30, the price point is nearing my tipping point (and just cook at home).

Ordered hamburger without cheese. It came with cheese. Ordered minestrone soup never got it. Hamburger finally arrived after other party finished dinner. Called the manager over and he apologized and dinner was gratis. Don't know if the waiter was new but he did a very poor job taking the orders. We have been regular customers at Brio for years but now perhaps we'll look elsewhere. So sorry
