Contacted Britt about cupcakes for my wife’s surprise Birthday party and all I can say is WOW. Not only did she make amazing looking Cupcakes they were absolutely delicious as well! The level of detail was executed flawlessly and everyone kept raving about the look and the taste! Highly recommend and will definitely be ordering again!

Took a wrong turn and ended up in a small plaza. Quick change of plans and decided to have lunch. This cafe has it all. Style, Clean, Great Food, Friendly Staff. Our sandwiches and sides were delicious. Baked goods yummy. How lucky were we to stumble across this cafe. If we lived in this area we would lunch here often.

The food- as always was AMAZING! If I was just rating food, hands down a 5. The service, was abysmal. There was no wait when got there on a Sunday morning but they had a large part of the restaurant blocked off for a party that was not there yet. No one asked if we wanted to put our name in nor even acknowledged us while we tried to find a way to get sat. We did finally get to that, but it seemed as though we were bothering the person. We were sat when the next table got up but then waited for about 10 minutes to be waited on. In that time we saw at least 8 people working, yet no one really even acknowledged our presence- and 2 of whom were just leaning on the drink counter sipping a shake of some sort. I then finally asked for someone to wait on us, and again was treated like I was bothering the person. We ordered drinks and waited- while the server sat and chatted with the two leaning on the drink counter- for another 5 minutes for our drinks. Then the big party showed up and a server came and apologized for our wait because they were so busy! It was laughable as they were not busy when we got there or got sat- and the large party wasn’t even fully sat before our food finally did come. Long story short, the staff really needs some training on attentiveness and making people feel welcome. We really felt like we were just interrupting everyone’s day. I do feel terrible because I love Alaina’s.

5 out of 5 This place really is quite amazing. My wife had the Spartan salad. She loved it! I had this awesome Turkey Burger, the best I have ever had. My kids all had chicken fingers and fries and we shared some dessert they had called a vanilla gooey bar! The whole experience was perfect! The manager Noah came by and was so engaging with us and our kids, he made it feel like we were home. The young lady who served us from Puerto Rico was so sweet, and we will definitive coming back. Great experience!!

We ordered a birthday cake for a dear friends birthday . It was a Black Forest cake . I have to say the presentation was amazing and the cake was spectacular . Very moist and delicious . I have to say , I do not crave desert, but this cake made me and my guests come back for more . We are big fans of Alaina’s for lunch and dinner but the baking was amazing .. if u are in Palm Beach county , you have to try this amazing restaurants

We had brunch at Alaina’s this morning and it was amazing! My husband has been there many times for work lunches and he always raves about it and says we should go together sometime. It was busy today, but we sat at the bar so we were able to sit down right away. The service was great and our food came out in a timely manner. My husband was happy with his Mahi Mahi sandwich and my quiche was great. Both came with either a side salad or fruit. We both had a salad and I had the citrus dressing, which was very good. We each had a craft beer on tap and then for dessert we shared a slice of the coconut cake. Wow! The coconut cake was so flavorful and moist. So delicious! I can’t wait to go back and try something else.

We went for Sunday brunch. Half ordered lunch, other half ordered breakfast. Server was very pleasant. While one of the sandwiches was incorrect, the management went above and beyond and made it right as quickly as possible given the very busy time.. We certainly felt like they made every effort to ensure we were happy. That’s so rare these days. I would definitely recommend and we will go back.

Outstanding on all levels this is the best restaurant I found since we moved here 4 months ago. Freshness of the food is obvious everything we've ever gotten there is top notch. Service was outstanding

I have gone to Alaina's for lunch, have had take out for lunch and dinner. Always fabulous. Friday night, my husband and I made reservations at open table to try dinner there. I was able to ask John Michael the waiter about dishes that I had never had and wondered if they would be as good as my favorites. I won the prize of perfect selections. The shaved white and purple cauliflower salad with a citrus dressing and other ingredients was sensational. Crunchy in a good way, so many tastes. I can't wait to order it again. It's a meal in itself. But we wanted to try the entry. I asked about the Airline chicken. I said that the name threw me off and I was skeptical of selecting it. He said that it is the cute of the chicken. It turned out to be a tender piece of moist white chicken that had a mushroom sauce over delicious steamed spinach leaves. Small roasted potatoes on the side. My husband and I felt like we were filling up, but we couldn't resist eating everything on the plate. I suggested that they take airline off the title. This was no chicken dish served on a plane . My husband finished the meal with warm bread pudding with chocolate mixed inside. It was topped by vanilla ice cream. I never liked bread pudding, but when I tried his, I could have eaten the entire dessert. You won't be disappointed.

Cute place for lunch. Went here with a neighbor last month and sat outside for the lunch. The weather was amazing as was the food. Everything was most delicious. Will definitely be back soon.

I've had lunch here a million times, and was excited to try their dinner! Food does NOT disappoint; excellent!! So tasty and beautiful presentation! Ambiance is nothing special; sitting outside is just sitting on the edge of the parking lot. Go for the food—worth it!

Don't let the “cafe & bake shoppe” in the name fool you. The food was spectacular and as good or better than many of the restaurants that I've been to in the area. Definitely will make a trip back.

Everyone there is customer oriented and always goes the extra mile to satisfy your culinary wishes.
