No more burgerFi. Really long service. 44mins have 4 hamburger. They talk, don't do anything about it, put the meatballs in 20 mins after they're there. Look at you, don't hurry, life is beautiful and everyone is upset and waiting. Really well done for the service 😡😡

Unfortunately, Burger FI is not what it once was. The prices are really high for what they give as a portion. I paid over $7 for a tiny fries with 3 small onion rings. The tables in the restaurant were dirty and the employees were more busy laughing together than taking care of the restaurant. There weren't many customers and we can understand why. Good luck to the owner of this franchise. I doubt he'll make it through the year. As for my wife and I, we will not be going back. The prices are exaggerated.

Went for dinner ordered single burger and Patty was incredibly thin. No flavor but worst were the fries. The fries were soggy and greasy . Very poor presentation and not healthy . Sorry to say.

My mom wanted to go here despite the negative reviews, but it’s clear why this restaurant has 3.7 stars. The service was friendly, so they get points for that. I ordered an all-vegan VegeFi burger and this is how it came— nothing on it, just a quinoa patty and bread for $9, no vegetables, no ketchup, or anything else. There is nothing that would make me want to return here. And the Five Guys Cajun fries are way better. Plus the floor was very slippery.

The woman at the front desk was very rude today at 2-3 pm. Unbelievably rude! Before getting employees do your research because you work with people who come to your restaurant pay money and want to get nice service.

This place sucks I order a chicken Cesar salad I got a small amount of lettuce and some pieces of chopped chicken for $11 it look like a side salad . Price is ridiculous for small amount of food

30 minute wait and a mid ass burger made a mistake coming here but now I know
The first time I had a cheeseburger here I got very sick and was throwing up. I decided to give it another try today. I was the only one in the restaurant and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. When I got home and opened it up it had no bacon surprising since the chef only had one to make. I tried to call the restaurant to tell them, but no answer. I guess it’s good because The food was so salty, my blood pressure is sky high and my heart is racing. It should be illegal to put that much sodium in somebody’s meal. Last time for me there that’s for sure.

Be careful what you say to the staff! They are lowkey looking for snobby customers to chin check. If you complain, they will surely spit in your food. And cover it up with sauce.

I hope the owners of this place read the comments. I work on Dordash delivery, every time I have to take an order from your store, your employees give me an empty cups, 3-4 times I have already refused to pour and canceled the order and wrote to the customer service that you do this, I do not know if you are fined or not. But I think they should. I'm doing even better now, I'm just delivering an empty glass. By the rules of doordash, I know that Customers can make a refund for all order for one item that is not delivered. That's how you might understand. We don't have to pour your drinks, firstly it's not our job, secondly we don't have a license to touch other people's food, thirdly your customers are most often people who don't pay tips and we definitely don't even want to deliver. You're the only place in Garden that does that.
