The service was awful and would have left after the 10 wait to be acknowledge. I wanted to pay cash and had to wait until the Miesha was done cutting a tub of onions. She slowly walked toward us and appeared to be annoyed by my daughter and me. There seemed to be no other employee in the facility which could be the reason for lack of tolerance.

Had a great burger and experience with Clermon, Coby, and Adrian.
Everyone was especially kind and considerate. It was a notably positive time, and I appreciated their hospitality.

The burger was delicious and we will def be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service.

I've come here a few times, not too often, but felt like the quality has been going down. First time ever I ordered fries here was good quality and crunchy, second time a bit oily and burnt some. But this time the fries is all burnt, oily soggy and 100% not edible. I usually tip whenever I come, I'm sorry but very disappointed this time :(

Love Burger Fi burgers! They really are the best. Unfortunately, they shut down the two locations that were close to us in Jupiter and I was so so sad. It was a place I took my kids for years and loved the people and atmosphere at Harborside. The manager John in Jupiter was PHENOMENAL; kind, attentive, professional, and friendly. He was like a family member you visited at their home that served you dinner. That's how he treated you and trained his employees to treat you as well. The kids and I miss his welcoming face. This location in PBG didn't disappoint. Adrianne and Kobe were just as pleasant as John's locations were. And our burgers were delicious. Fresh, hot, crisp fresh lettuce and tomato, perfectly grilled carmelized onions and no greasy meat like other competitors. They were kind and welcoming as if you were family as well. We will definitely be back. Best burger ever! And I love the gluten free bun and lettuce bun options. Thanks Burger fi!

I love BurgerFi restaurants and was just passing through town and stopped here. This is the dirtiest, most unprofessional location I have ever been too. I decided not to eat my food and tossed it. Garbages overflowing, dirty everything. Tacky unprofessional music.

Never had been to a BurgerFi. My friend insisted & I'm so glad she did!

Had a cheeseburger & fries. When Kim delivered our orders, she made sure we had everything we needed and was very friendly. Brought me their signature sauce when I decided to give it a try.

My sandwich showed care in crafting & presentation and my first bite was heavenly. Truly blown away. Super fresh, tasty bun, crisp lettuce and juicy red (not pink) tomato and cooked to perfection hamburger and of course, cheese & the sauce! Ate the entire thing. The french fries were also fantastic, I had to make myself stop before I hurt myself!!!

I made sure to let Kim, Kobie and Adrienne know what a phenomenal experience I had. Great hospitality and teamwork.

And, if the owner reads this, all three deserve a raise. I decided! :)

Food is great at Burger Fi. Bored teenagers taking your order and the most uncomfortable chairs of any fast food restaurants. The fries and onion rings are fabulous.

Heard great things and I drove a long way. I was really disappointed. I purchased the most expensive burger, the CEO Wagyu in a combo. It was two smashed burgers, they were thin and chewy. I didn’t particularly care for the bacon “jam” because that had a lot of chewy pieces in it as well. It didn’t have a whole Lotta taste. I didn’t have the truffle sauce on it, but a burger shouldn’t be depending on a sauce for its flavor. I do have to say the onion rings were outstanding. They almost shattered when you bit into them, although they were a little greasy. I was pretty disappointed that they don’t have iced tea. Only carbonated beverages are offered. I won’t be going back, it’s nothing special as far as I can see.

I genuinely don’t understand how this corporation remains in business. On both occasions my partner and I tried their food, we experienced severe illness—and frankly, the burgers had an unmistakable metallic taste. It’s deeply concerning that establishments like this are allowed to operate under the guise of “fast food,” yet offer products that seem entirely devoid of basic quality or safety.

Experiences like this highlight a broader issue with how food regulation is handled in the United States. There appears to be a disturbing lack of oversight when it comes to the quality of ingredients and the integrity of what corporations are permitted to serve to the public. In many cases, profit is prioritized over public health, and large-scale chains can seemingly bypass the scrutiny that smaller businesses would never be able to escape.

This isn’t just a bad meal—it’s a symptom of a broken system where regulatory agencies often turn a blind eye to subpar standards, and where corporations are rarely held accountable for the long-term effects of the products they serve. It’s frustrating, infuriating, and most of all, disheartening to realize how little protection consumers truly have in the current food landscape.

I have a very bad experience today me and my fiancé came all the way to palm beach gardens for some good food he wanted to treat me out so I decided hey let’s go to burgerfi so we walked in said hello but we’re discussing about the kids school and there were two employees on the clock one was in the Dinning room area at a table and there was one behind the counter that walked up very rudely saying are y’all paying with cash or card. So my fiancé said back to her in a very Very relaxed tone cash . We brushed it off because we just wanted food no complications so we asked for the wagyi burger was the peppers in the meat? Or is it the sauce that’s hot. She was just aggravated for some reason being very rude repeating back to me in a confrontational way as if we should know how the sandwich is supposed to come. After multiple attempts to just overlook the situation I just couldn’t spend my money where the service was poor I didn’t trust her to make my food I told my fiancé come on babe don’t spend our money with person that rude for no reason if she don’t like her job she should get another career because we all have personal things going on but the way to change a negative is to do something positive. I’m not sure of what she may have been dealing with but work isn’t the outlet to draw it out on others be kind and kindness will come back to you. She didn’t know what I was dealing with. Glad I just walked away!
