It is with a heavy heart that I have to share a 2.5 star rating for my experience at BurgerFi. After previously having a 10 star experience at the Lauderdale-By-The-Sea location a month ago, I was very excited to return to BurgerFi on my next trip to Florida. I even brought my family with me. The experience at the other location had me dreaming of the next time I could get my hands on a burger, but my dreams quickly turned into nightmares.
Our encounter was far beneath the standards I hoped for. After a very slow line to order and somewhat faulty order kiosks, we waited over 20 minutes for our food. The grilled chicken was good, but the beef in the burger bowl was cold. My burger was overcooked and dry, but the fries and sauce were immaculate as expected. The inconsistency was frustrating for my taste buds.
Unfortunately the most infuriating part was that two of our orders seemingly did not exist. We were charged and had two receipts but were missing an order for custard shake and another for a chicken sandwich. After 30+ minutes, we mentioned that we were waiting for a custard and had to listen to the employee explain they don’t serve custard… They eventually understood and got the shake within a few minutes. For the chicken sandwich order an employee and a manager adamantly refused to believe that we were missing food. They said the order didn’t exist, despite having a receipt. And then they tried to gaslight us that we already picked up the food, despite having no tray or evidence of food at our table. After much back and forth, which was thankfully calm, they made an order that we had to take to go.
I feel disappointed that I spoke so highly of BurgerFi to my family, only for it to be a frustrating meal. Some food items were delicious and up to standard, while others couldn’t be finished. I am on the fence about my loyalty to BurgerFi, but I do think I will give it another shot next time I am in Florida.

Good selection of hamburgers. Also 2 vegetarian burger options and fish sandwich. Soda machine could have made literally 100 different Coke products but was limited the usual Coke and sprite. A real shame. Bill for 2 kids and 2 adults was$60 something!

I’ve been coming here for a while and noticed the food quality and service going down. Shame because burger fi has great food. The new owner Sean was great. Greeted me as a was ordering on the kiosk. Was so friendly and has the vide that he cares for his business! No like the last time I was here, waited 30 minutes for my food then the girl came over and basically threw the food and me didn’t say a word and walked away. The burger was so over cooked it was nasty. This time was WAYYYYYYY BETTER. The people and the food was so much better. Best I’ve had in a while. Would definitely recommend this place again!!!

The people are nice here but there's only 2 so food takes forever. Also, you have to use a slow touch screen to order, you cannot order with a person and that takes 5x longer than simply telling someone your order. I've been her over 25 minutes and still don't have my food yet. The food is good so if you have absolutely nothing to do and don't mind wasting a half hour of your life, come check it out.

The cleanliness of this location was absolutely disgusting, concerning, and one of the most filthiest restaurants I’ve ever been into in Palm Beach Gardens. The bathrooms were also disgusting and an embarrassment. The tables were filthy. In fact, there was not one clean table to be had. We ordered our meal and decided to leave the establishment rather than dining in. The soda machine appeared to have not been cleaned ever. There was dried orange soda, splattered, on both sides of the machine. My husband and I will never be back to BurgerFi again, No one should patronize this location. As a resident of the City of Palm Beach Gardens for three decades, I’m embarrassed to have this mismanaged establishment in our city.

Absolutely filthy, soda machine is CAKED in old dried gross soda, not a single clean table, no utensils in the dispensers, and 3 burgers and fries cost $60. The onion rings and fries then arrived dark brown, not burnt that’s from DIRTY OIL!!!!!!! GROSS!!!! This place should be ashamed to host customers, non friendly staff and you order off a screen. Never ever coming back and no one else should either

First time there(Palm Beach Gardens) Very disorganized and confusing upon entry. Waited far too long for a cheeseburger, drink & fries! It was almost like the place wasn’t fully prepared to open?! The young man was accommodating white the young lady said absolutely nothing to me aside from a few grunts(?)! The cheeseburger was extremely greasy since; while eating it, the grease dripped all over my shirt. I’m hoping it isn’t ruined. The small order of French fries were cold and well done? I didn’t ask for that. Lastly, I had to return to the front counter to ask for a new cup since my first choice of no sugar ginger ale was beyond flat & disgusting. I went back to the soda fountain area & decided to try your Diet Coke. Again flat & disgusting like the ginger ale. I returned again to the front counter so as to ask for a container. I was nearly late for my Doctors appointment on Burns Road. I got there with one minute to spare. Based on my experience, I’ll never go back there or refer any family or friends to go to any of your locations!! This location was cold, shallow and seemingly autonomous since there was a only 1 cook & 1 un-cordial lady in the entire restaurant. To a certain degree I felt horrible for the 2 employees as this place was unfriendly!
Orders online Monday around noon & went to pick up & a sign on the door said it was closed due to staffing but I was still charged
