I genuinely don’t understand how this corporation remains in business. On both occasions my partner and I tried their food, we experienced severe illness—and frankly, the burgers had an unmistakable metallic taste. It’s deeply concerning that establishments like this are allowed to operate under the guise of “fast food,” yet offer products that seem entirely devoid of basic quality or safety.
Experiences like this highlight a broader issue with how food regulation is handled in the United States. There appears to be a disturbing lack of oversight when it comes to the quality of ingredients and the integrity of what corporations are permitted to serve to the public. In many cases, profit is prioritized over public health, and large-scale chains can seemingly bypass the scrutiny that smaller businesses would never be able to escape.

I have a very bad experience today me and my fiancé came all the way to palm beach gardens for some good food he wanted to treat me out so I decided hey let’s go to burgerfi so we walked in said hello but we’re discussing about the kids school and there were two employees on the clock one was in the Dinning room area at a table and there was one behind the counter that walked up very rudely saying are y’all paying with cash or card. So my fiancé said back to her in a very Very relaxed tone cash . We brushed it off because we just wanted food no complications so we asked for the wagyi burger was the peppers in the meat? Or is it the sauce that’s hot. She was just aggravated for some reason being very rude repeating back to me in a confrontational way as if we should know how the sandwich is supposed to come. After multiple attempts to just overlook the situation I just couldn’t spend my money where the service was poor I didn’t trust her to make my food I told my fiancé come on babe don’t spend our money with person that rude for no reason if she don’t like her job she should get another career because we all have personal things going on but the way to change a negative is to do something positive. I’m not sure of what she may have been dealing with but work isn’t the outlet to draw it out on others be kind and kindness will come back to you. She didn’t know what I was dealing with. Glad I just walked away!

They literally can NOT get an order right. I love the chain of restaurants and want their food but my last 6 orders have all been completely wrong with literally nothing correct. I had to go back 4 times out of the 6 to get another order and that was still wrong in 2 of those cases. I submitted complaints to corporate and they do.not even email back. No customer service. Today they were out of hot dogs, chicken tenders, soda in the machine, and also got my order 100% wrong. Go somewhere else.

Love this place go here at least once a week and have never had an issue with my food and everyone that works there is super nice. Not to mention they almost always have milkshakes and custard in 3 years the machine has been broken once and was working a couple days later.

I had to come in here and share my experience because of how rude she was to all the customer including me and my boyfriend and the rest the people that came behind me. The cashier that attend me was shaquanda around 1:25pm June 1,2025 . Please manager talk to her it was my first time even going to your establishment and I was eager to taste your burger but receiving her to take my order frustrated me and upset me. She was giving attitude and was being very rude. My boyfriend felt the vibe as well and he said the same she seem piss of and rude. Then when more customer started to come she got more frustrated demanding them to use the kiosk and then one customer was standing their for while then when she ask she was like you could’ve told me instead standing their waiting. If she having bad day just stay home don’t bring that energy to work.

WORST BURGERFI IN PALM BEACH. I’ve gone to other Burgerfis, usually have great customer service, but for whatever reason looks like the lady woke up on the wrong side of the bed cuz they messed up my order TWICE, and when I asked for more sauce one plus size looking lady aggressively confronted me as if it was my fault they can’t get the order right. Either they need to get paid more to do a better job or fired, but pretty sad considering Burgerfis reputation. Oh and the tables were dirty.
I heard From reliable people that BurgerFi is really good!!! My family was in town and we decided to go eat there, during business hours. They were closed and it was in the afternoon… so disappointed! We went to a very good barbecue place close by. I can understand if they didn’t have help but I will never know why now as I was traveling from out of state.

Cardboard burger dry as heck. They haven’t changed to fryer oil in days. Fries were brown and tasted like burnt oil. There was a poop covered plunger in the bathroom to top it off. Their employees don’t care about that place. That’s not a good sign. Recipe for disaster. Stay away from this place!!!!
