Got a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The fries are awesome the pop well I don't really drink pop but it was good. The burger looked awesome until I took a bite. The hamburger was so freaking salty I couldn't even eat it! 17 box for this meal and it was the saltiest Burger I've ever had in my life the fries were unbelievable let the burger was just way too salty to eat! Such a letdown for all that money I should have went to five guys are McDonald's and got a double quarter pounder with Mac sauce no onions. They also have the stupid kiosk where you're supposed to be able to order but it is so inadequate just not worth it. Not to mention when you are doing customer service you are supposed to be smiling especially if somebody says Hi how are you today! Instead it was crickets when I said hi although she did kind of start to be cool while I was standing there waiting for my food. Maybe it was because I believe the owner was in the building flying like 8 or so burgers. If you order a high-end Burger the quality of the meat should speak for itself you shouldn't have to assault the sweet Jesus out of it! Great looking store pop was awesome fries were awesome burger with s***. I'm only giving it to stars because of the frys the ambience and the pop. Word of advice smile when you were doing customer service. How do I know because I do customer service as well as weld as well as installation and more even though I don't want to.

The food is very fulfilling and gave me the vibes of "Crustys" restaurant from the Simpsons, and I love that,I also like the fact that I could get my own condiments and soda ha ha ha ?Vegetarian options: When it comes to the Hambugers, you can get them on a lettuce cup instead of the traditional way if you like ?
The food was very unappealing. Quite overpriced for what you actually get. The staff wasn't helpful while ordering and didn't know what came with anything. Confusing.

if you love a good Smashburger, then burger fi is your place. my favorite is a captain burger with grilled onions and cheese. And their onion rings are spectacular. I get delivered and I've never been in the store. Give them a try.

We ordered one bacon cheese burger, a large truffle fry (pretty sure we got a small as it was the same as my sisters who got a small) and one fountain drink and it was $25. Seemed pricey. The fries were good. Burger was average. The store, though, was quite dirty. We chose to sit outside and I had to clean every table (food trays and dried up ketchup and ) and chairs bird poop and food.

Place was a bit dirty. Trash was over full. Burger bun was cold and tasted like they warmed it up 3 days ago. Fries were overcooked and salty. Mark was very kind and great personality.

1 star is very generous.I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with special sauce, Swiss, lettuce &tomato to carry out.I got 2 plain, very small cheeseburgers, possibly from Burger King, too small for the bun. Not even a Burger-fi branded bun. Nothing, just a ½ slice of American cheese, not Swiss.We ordered cry-fries, both were cold and soggy.We ordered 2 bottles of Coke. They gave us fountain drinks, saying they were out of Coke bottles. That part is understandable (if true), but there was NO EXCUSE for the terrible food we got.We ate in car, we were too upset to go back in, and yell at them, demanding a new meals. Customers were inside.
