FOOD: Always good. Rotisserie chicken breast sandwich. Breast (includes a wing) & side. All of the sides are good-several choices.
SERVICE: Quick and efficiently moves along. Line ordering at counter. Self-serve drinks.
AMBIANCE: Bright and clean. Open cooking and food prep easily visible to show-off their cleanliness. Basic dining set up; booth/chairs and tables. Photos on their website accurate representation as of this writing.

I literally just picked up a half chicken. Chicken only because I heard that we need to try this place. If I hadn’t already gotten onto the ramp heading north, I would turn around and take it back. The driest and most bland chicken I’ve ever had.

I have been eating at Cr Chicks for over eight years and I have never had a bad meal. The staff is always helpful and kind, and they can customize a dish to your liking. Today, I asked them to swap out the pasta for mashed potatoes. I highly recommend trying their desserts.

Look I'm not one to normally leave negative reviews, but here’s my take based on my experience: first of all, salt pepper and garlic make a world of difference for literally anything. Cucumber salad should be tangy with a bite of vinaigrette not soppy and tasteless. The Mac and cheese was bland, again Salt , pepper, garlic. But overall disappointing dispute the hype. Staff was great, and food came out fast, but there is area for opportunity here. They have potential to be great but my best review would say okayish. Not trying to offend.

The best chicken sandwiches I think I’ve ever had. The only suggestion I would make is to have a more standardized weight of chicken as sometimes it’s a nice piece and sometimes it’s a little skimpy. The pasta dish was disappointing but the pot pie is also fantastic.

So it was between millers ale house Cajun chicken pasta and cr chicks Smokey, my bf wanted cr chicks, that’s were we went wrong, it’s nothing like the first time I had it, you pay for extra sauce to try and fix it, just to still receive a dry a** nasty a** pasta, go with millers guys

The person who serves and asks for your dish is usually attentive, but the other people at the front desk are horrible; They talk among themselves and no one pays attention to the customers. They even serve the food in such a strange way and without looking at the customer (because they don't take their heads off their own conversation with each other) that they don't even say hello or say goodbye to the customer if they want to. Someone must teach these people to respect and at least say “hello”. I will never return! horrible place, uneducated people. It's a real shame how bad customer service can ruin a good meal. I do not recommend it!

Haven’t been to Chick-fil-A because it’s overpriced. CR chicks has really healthy food with pastas and vegetables etc. at a very reasonable price. It was excellent.

Vegetarian options: You can just select different meals without chicken or any kind of meat

Parking: Large shopping plaza, with plenty of parking
