Service and ambience nice. Food mediocre at best. This place was one of our favorite restaurants years ago and it was a weekly favorite. The food started to go downhill and we stopped going for many years. Ate there just before Christmas, deciding to give it a try again in hopes it had improved. Ambience and service still great. Food still sub par. Chicken like rubber and salad dressing overload. Crab bisque incredibly salty when it was once our absolute favorite soup we ever tasted. Very disappointed and won't be back.

Cafe Bistro is a convenient place to have lunch. It's often overlooked and many shoppers go to the outdoor dining locations. However, Cafe Bistro makes great daily specials and serves their food pretty quickly. You can't go wrong for the price and quality of the meal. I make it a point to try to stop by a mall if I'm in Florida. It's customary to stop inside Nordstrom and browse the latest trends. But, it's a treat to have lunch there. At the Palm Beach Gardens Nordstrom, the turkey club was fresh and the service was superb. Overall, it was a great experience. Bravo.

I use to recommend and eat here all the time. My husband decided he would pick soup up for myself and my son were both sick. It normally comes with two pieces of bread when you order the bowel and we ordered additional for each bowel. When he got home we discovered that there was one piece of bread to share with each bowel and the extra that we paid for were missing. The soup was cold and did not taste good at all. We called to ask what happened and were told as we ordered it online they could not refund us for the additional bread that we paid for. I should have trusted my gut and have my husband pick up soup from Whole Foods instead of overpriced soup from a clothing company…. My bad. It’s an over price cafeteria..

I don't know if management has changed but the service at The restaurant upstairs lately has been so poor. Was standing at the register trying to order food for more than 10 min. Then once someone came over they had such a bad attitude. Not the first time either. Also tried calling ahead to avoid that interaction and still such a bad attitude over the phone. Won't be going there anymore. Not worth it

Authentic did. The food was very tasty. We enjoyed the dimly lit ambiance. It was relatively quiet for a comfortable dinner conversation. On the pricy side, but it's worth it

Ordered the Asian chicken salad to go. The chicken was rubbery, and the portion was so small and just thrown together. Very disappointing since I used to really enjoy lunch at Nordstroms Cafe. I hope they get it together.

My experience here was not as pleasant as it has been in other Nordstrom Cafe Locations. The lady taking my order was extremely rude, the waiter seemed in a hurry and annoyed every time we asked for condiments etc. The food was ready in minutes. The whole crew made it seem like we were bothering them even though it was 40 minutes till closing time?!I give it 3 stars only because the food was still delicious.

Always go there when I’m craving some junk food with extra bacon. The best place for takeaway food, which you can enjoy eating by yourself in your car. Love this place.

Will never go back service suck food is bad will not feed my dog with it oder the most expensive sandwich on the menu waitress came to me and said they out of that sandwich I can pick a different one for the same price so basically pay more for less my girlfriend food show up 20 minutes before mine also bad no silverware I had to get it my self from different table but they don't care cause you tip them before they serve you great idea not for the costumers really bad experience
