It was a great time here! It was our first time here and Caleb helped us out tremendously with our selections and they were phenomenal. The Wagyu Burger was amazing along with the Spinach Artichoke Dip. 10/10!

Ordered online, when we got home and unpacked noticed that according to the label, the Spinach Artichoke dip was packed on 4/14 and should be discarded on 4/16, yet it was served to us today 4/18. Additionally, the Tostada Pizza was horrible. It looked nothing like the picture in the app and appears to be overcooked.I attempted to speak to someone about my order, however, was left on ignore for over 5 minutes. So here I am with pictures.Edit to add: Made contact with a manager. Situation resolved, however, don’t give your customers food labeled with an expiration/discard date after the date on the label.

I used to love this place but i’m very disappointed i feel that the whole chain is going downhill.. This was the first time i had been to this location overall the employees were very nice we had ordered dumplings for appetizers but it seems the server forgot to put them in because we had got our main course before our appetizer. I used to get the tri color pizza i know it’s been off the menu for a while but i was still able to order it i am very upset they took it off for good it was one of the best!! So i ordered fettuccine alfredo with shrimp when it came out there was chicken instead of shrimp. The sauce was so oily and overall was just bland. Unfortunately i had to send it back I ended up just eating the dumplings that eventually came out which were really good! Overall the server was really nice and took the fettuccine and dumplings off our bill. But i’m just disappointed that this chain is going downhill it’s not the same as it used to be.

I give this one star because the manager (Ashley Houska) was very rude and was often yelling at the workers. I felt awkward at times as did the other customers.Kid-friendliness: My 3 year old loved the cake

We had terrible service. Our waitress gave us our drink order and never came back. We ordered from a random worker who happened to walk by us. Then the food came and it was terrible. What happened?! I should never be able to compare the frozen pizza to fresh and think the frozen was better. I'm so disappointed.

This is a very nice place. We ordered the works pizza and it was amazing! The crust was crispy and just right. Everything tasted great, they brought out bread before the pizza with olive oil, that was nice. I would say this is one of the better places to eat in the mall if you have the time. It's a little crowded in there but they have table and booth seating. We had a booth.

Yum! Had lunch there today with two of my friends after shopping at the mall. We all got the lunch specials which is available seven days a week. My friend both got soup and salad and I got a pizza and salad. We had the best, most attentive server, Scott. He had impeccable service.The barbecue chicken pizza on the cauliflower crust was amazing. I can’t have gluten, so it was a very special treat for me. I also had the barbecue chicken salad, which was delicious.All three of us had a good time and we will be back.
