Love coming here! It’s awesome to see Bernadette and Gino, they are always happy and friendly. They treat you like you are one of their family! The soft serve ice cream is delicious and the toppings are fresh!

The worst Carvel I have ever seen. Asked server to put icecream into larger cup tomake room for the toppngs and the 2 scoops of icecream which is a medium. I asked for 4 small topping which would.equal 2 small scoops of toppings. My sister almost vomited asdid I from the foul chemical taste of the icecream. She ordered cherry vanilla which was a terrible pink colored vanilla with not one, I mean zero cherries in it. It was disgusting pink vanilla, and the price was horrendous. 3 scoops of icecream and tax came out to 20.00. Sloans which I have always thought pricey is now a bargain with a much much better product. TOM CARVEL is turning in his grave if he knew the slop coming from thus franchise with his family name on it.... The sad thing is the owner of this franchise walking around as if all is well. I met this lady who was worried if she would succeed when she first opened now she has the look of a greedy person thinking about the most she can make selling this garbage than about a happy customer who can't wait to return. As for me and my sister there are plenty of icecream places to go to from Dairy Queen to the place on US1 before PGA called the icecream club then there's Sloans and at least 6 more Iccream places. Stay far far away from this one carvel!

There are not many Carvels in Florida they are mainly on the East Coast. This Carvel Ice Cream store is the perfect choice for soft serve, hard ice cream and assortment of ice cream cakes. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

OMG this young man who served me was amazing,he looked at me and asked me if I wanted a sample every time I looked at ice, his name was KHANG GIVE HIM EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH.
This Carvel location couldn't have been more accommodating to my request of the American Flag Ice Cream Cake. They were able to make immediately and only waited 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this friendly , clean, and convenient location in PBG.

I had been to carvel years ago and it wasn’t very good. I decided to give it another try recently, and was very excited to try the pumpkin ice cream. As soon as I walked in the door, the employee said, what do you want very abruptly like he was in a hurry. I had ordered the scooped pumpkin ice cream with cinnamon crunchies on top and whipped cream. I ordered the scooped ice cream because I really didn’t like the, soft serve before. When I got my ice cream, it was soft, serve, caramel, whipped cream, and a cherry on top. I really don’t like maraschino cherries either.

This Carvel building has been in the same location since the 50's that I know of. Several selections of Carvel ice cream scoops and other cakes, etc. A must if in the West Palm Beach area to see and visit this retro building
