Charleys Cheesesteaks

Terrible experience. I came in just asking for a simple cup and straw for my child, and the guy behind the counter immediately got nasty and told me to go to Shake Shack instead. Completely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. The staff clearly lack basic customer service skills and seem miserable in their roles. If this is how you treat people, I genuinely feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with you daily. Do better this is probably the only job you losers will ever have.

Great food

Guys if your in this mall don’t eat in this over price the sell you a Philly cheese sandwich 16 $ and the picture show a combo and then they tell you is not thats just for the sandwich i got the sandwich and it was extremely over seasoned i had to get it replaced.
i went to get a refill the mgr was taking an order so i ask one the girls that was near by if she could give me a refill so she did then the manager got her into trouble because she help me out bad service!! DONT EAT HERE!!!

Sean Randell is very genuine and cares about his customers a lot. Very considerate of his customers and how long the food should be so we don’t wait longer.

Disgusting. Flavorless cheesesteak with barely any meat. Served a warm root beer and a lemonade that didn't taste like lemons. I took two bites and threw it away. What a shame.

Always closing earlier their schedule time. Wanted to order food 30 minutes before closing and had only wings and fries because they were putting everything away.

Watched me for ten minutes waiting in line and decided to hide in the back rather than ask me what I needed. Than got an attitude because I asked if they were open. I ended up eating at Sbarros.

I loved the place; My Bacon 3 cheese sandwich was very delicious, the service was excellent, fast and they were very friendly. I recommend it 100%

When there was some mobile order receipt confusion, Sean and Rose took care of it and were so kind and helpful! Haven’t had good customer service like that in a while. Sean said “I’d rather you leave here happy”. What a gentleman!

I'm not expecting that they will fix a sandwich like the advertisement, but come on, look at the real sandwich. It looks depressing. -5 stars will be a good rating. Incredible.

When I needed a drink refill to wash down that nasty meal. The food runner standing there made me go to the order line to get my refill. The order line had 4 people waiting to order instead of helping me out! Avoid this place unless you want bad food and horrible customer service. The food runner flicked me off when I told him about this review! Management should train on customer service better when you expect your patrons to spend $35 on two mediocre steak sandwiches. Be rest assured, I will not spend my hard-earned money here EVERY again!!!
