Corporate needs to retake over this store. They leave out whole food items. Never answer the phone or return voicemails. We are done patronizing this location due to the absolute carelessness of the staff & ownership. 0 stars!

As good as the hype! The sauce is amazing!

Ever since this store got bought, they constantly mess up orders, forget things like sauce or dressing for a salad, take forever to bring you your food if you do curbside. This location use to be so great and convenient, now I don’t even want to go here and would rather go to a different location for my food

The food was cold, they forgot my fries and didn’t have time to go back to have it fixed but the best part was finding a big piece of plastic in my Mac n cheese. Do better Chick-fil-a.

Perfected chicken, fries, shakes, many drink possibilities and FRIENDLY YOUNG FACES ! Buy only fried since it's 80% juicer. This place should be renamed, "The $8 Chicken Experience Of A Lifetime..." Super fast, personally assisted, multi-lane drive through. My only negative? The inside is bland, like picnic bench seating...

So, I ordered a to-go meal & drink. The server lied to me that the machine ran out of Diet Coke. Then he told his manager & two other employees what he did. They all smiled, thought it was funny. He went in the back, pretending he was doing something about it but didn't. Just went on with his day. Someone else got me the drink.

Employees and managers customer service have gone down completely. They act as though work is a chore and all reek of weed. Mangers have no professionalism. Do better Chick Fil A.

Terrible price/quality ratio

$50 usd for 30 nuggets and 2 hamburgers with a "soft" bun, a piece of breaded chicken and 2 pickles.

They managed to mess up my order three times – and it was just the Grilled Chicken Club. First, they brought it without bread and bacon. I told them it was wrong, and then they just put the bread in the bag. I complained again, and it was still wrong – missing the extra tomato and pickles I paid for. I ordered online so I could just pick it up quickly, but it took longer than if I had ordered in person. And when the woman handed me my order, she gave me just the sandwich – no bag, no sauces. I was already exhausted and in a hurry, so I just took it as it was.

Worst Chick-Fil-A in this county. Every staff member couldn’t care less about you. I haven’t heard “my pleasure” in over a year going to this store. They get my order wrong almost every single time, but this specific time they gave me the wrong sandwich, no straw, no spoon, no chips that go with my soup and forgot the creamer for my coffee.

This location is inside the mall food court, always busy. In the past the employees were great and the location efficient. It has changed hands, sold, now the employees have a I don’t give a damn attitude. Either not trained well or not being treated well by mgt. For a Mcd I would give it a C. FOR A CHICK-FIL-A a SOLID F. Corp should be on this. It makes the chain look bad. SAD FACE.
