Gone way down hill since the new owner took over. Horrible experience no one calling out orders and just doing other tasks instead of stop dropping and serving.

In regards to their curbside, I have no idea WHY they ask for a parking number when the workers just stand around looking confused and then bring your food back inside. We order here at least once a week and there is a problem brining out our food 80% of the time. Waiting 20 mins for your food and then watching the workers walk back inside with it is so frustrating. Then if we do get our food something is missing, making our wait EVEN LONGER. Waste of time.

They took a long time to fill my order. They gave me a free brownie for waiting almost 25 minutes for my order at curbside. The brownie doesn't help when your working on a schedule. They could've communicated and told me how long it would take.

I come and eat here all the time for lunch. I also come with my family while we shop around the mall. The food and drinks are pretty good. If you want to get past the lines you can order ahead on the App super convenient! Just one thing I don’t like and am confused about is that where I live which is only a few minutes from the mall I can’t order online and have it delivered for some reason. Think goodness for DoorDash, and Uber Eats. But overall I recommend!

Drive through is making me late for work! I’ve been sitting here for 10 minutes and haven’t moved! I thought this is fast food

Only two cashiers on during lunch hours! Waited in line for at least 8 to 9 minutes. Only ordered a chicken sandwich and an iced tea. Waited in line for my sandwich for at least 2 to 3 minutes and then was told that they had to make more chicken breast for the sandwiches which would take at least another four minutes!
With only half hour lunch break and waiting in line for more than half of my break, I didn’t even have time to eat the sandwich! This location has suffered in service For a little while, and it’s only getting worse!

Don't even waste your time.. I come here almost every day on my lunch break which is only 30 minutes. I order on the app and every time I still have to wait 20 minutes for my food. The service here is also bad. Today they gave my food to the wrong person, remade it and still gave me the wrong thing without even apologizing or acknowledging the inconvenience. Overall, ridiculous.

Work at the mall, I am a signature member from mostly getting food from here but that is going to stop. The portions of your fries are all over the place in a bad way. Then the audacity of these chicken sandwiches... My patience is running thin, not as thin as your chicken filets but you get the point. Do better.... Or don't, I got options.
