Compared to other CFA establishments this one is sub par. Waited a while for my food, though i placed the order through their app. The chicken was not tender in the slightest. You should be able to eat the chicken and not have to deal with your jaw getting tired. The CFA sauce was bad, as though expired. The fries were soggy and cold. Ordered a cookie too, but they never placed it in the bag. This CFA has a lot wrong with the way it's being managed. Did I really waste my entire lunch break to get horribly cooked food which wasn't even everything of which I ordered? If you guys suck at cooking here then atleast get the order correct.

It's Chic-fil-a so much doesn't need to be said. Honestly one of the better places I've found to work on my laptop. Great wifi & morning staff isn't as annoying or unintelligent as some places & leave me be. Not having to deal with unstable mentalities in the background makes already stressful work, much less stressful.

I used to work at the one in the gardens mall and they treated me with much discrimination nobody in the kitchen not even the chef knows a lick of English and there are management sleeping with employees having relationships with the employees. They just set you up for failure zero communication.

There was a MULTITUDE of hungry folks waiting for their food. The supervisor (blonde young lady who wore a different top from all the others) was calm, poised, and handled the crowd with a courtesy worth mentioning. It was rare and beautiful to see. Wish I remembered her name.

I went to this chick-fil-a on 8/25/23 and had a horrible experience. A team member I believe named Juan was extremely hostile and rude when I was asking questions about the menu. Horrible training. He should be removed from cashier and sent to the back. Unprofessional.
