The Chili’s is amazing. They have great servers. My only issue is that the manager at this chilies treats her waitresses like garbage. She was screaming at the waitress because of a beer that we ordered and we ended up hearing her scream at the waitress. She thought we ordered an IPA but we ordered a draft. She came out looked at the beer on tap then looked at us and gave us a dirty look. We feel bad for the wonderful waitresses there and hope they get treated better than that.

Emma was our server tonight, she greeted us upon being seated and made sure we had everything when our food came out, also kept checking in on us at the table. Great customer service will like to have her again as our waitress.

I gave 5 stars because of the way Briona turned our experience around. It didn’t start out that well. We arrived and were sat right away. However, we were sat in a very busy, very loud area. Our waitress didn’t show for what seemed like forever. The noise was overwhelming. I went to the hostess stand and asked to be moved. I was told that I couldn’t be moved. I was about to leave and Briona stepped in and said don’t leave, I can’t sit you in my area. She brought us over...
