Chipotle Mexican Grill

I’m a HUGE fan of Chipotle through and through….always have been. I find it extremely disappointing when I show up at my local Chipotle at 7pm to order my dinner and they have run out of Guacamole (basically the only reason that I love chipotle is for the Guacamole). It doesn’t make sense to me that an establishment like Chipotle can go through 3 hours of operating hours without serving guacamole. This has happened twice now and therefore I am losing my love for Chipotle. I would love to continue to be this loyal customer but FIX the guac problem.

I will not be going back to this Chipotle location. The counter that they prepare the bowls, burritos, etc on was absolutely disgusting.. Completely covered in food and the employee was just pushing it around with his hands instead of cleaning it. And then, using those hands that he just touched everything with, he started to put his hands in the cheese bin and touching my food.. DISGUSTING and UNSANITARY! Not to mention cross contamination.. Almost every meat and rice bin was empty. They were out of vinaigrette sauce. When I asked if they had any, the employee responds, "I'm out, but I can make you some" It should be common sense if you run out of something, to automatically make more. Not wait for a customer to want some and then make it. Worst Chipotle experience ever.

Horrible service. Where did they get these employees from? How about paying decent wages and attracting the type of person that one would want cooking their food and interactions with. It felt like a slum. I got no friendliness. Tiny portion. Never again.

Good was. Hot but barbocoa had fat in it. Disgusting. The service is heavy and fast best Chipotle ever but this place was dirtyyy.

I ordered 3 bowls, 4 wraps and 2 large chips and queso. I always come to this store and get my food but today I was threatened and told that me and my kids food would be spit in by a guy named Deontae. I don’t understand!! I’m paying my hard earned money to buy food and all I wanted was for it to be fixed properly without the excess juice from the pico sauce!! That’s the reason the spoons has holes in it!! I talked to the person in charge today Lydia and she told me she would forward the incident to the General Manager Ricardo

All the food was clearly old. The rice was stale, clearly refried, and extremely greasy. The meat and chicken SMELLED old. Took one bite and knew the taste was off. Did not bother explaining anything to employees that clearly didn’t care. Avoid this location, it’s gross

Quantity of food was good but it was so salty it was nauseating and the steak was charred to a crisp.

Terrible customer service and barely filled up our bowls. We spent $40 for half the size of normal bowls. I definitely won’t be back.

Arrived at 7:00 place was packed only two people working waited 30 mins only to find out no chicken no steak they claimed they had a fund raiser that's fine how about telling people when you walk in so when to another Chipotle on northlake they had everything in and out quickly. This has happened before there very disappointed not going back
