By far one of the worst chipotles I’ve been to. Customer service is horrible here. Everyone looks miserable and has an attitude. The dude that was serving was called out by the customers in front of me about portion sizes. He acts like the food is coming out of his paycheck. I had to pay for double chicken to get a normal portion of chicken since he was being super stingy. Ridiculous. Will not be returning to this location.

Went last night around 8:30. One of the grossest and unclean restaurants I have been to. Every single table was covered in food and dirty plates, there was nowhere to sit. The staff was rude and standoffish. I get they were short staff but wow. To managers/owners, this was shocking.

I was there on 10-30-25 at 6pm. The ppl on that shift was amazing. Quick. Efficient. Got my large order done correctly. They deserve a raise.

Worst burrito ever. Guacamole was brown. Rice was not cooked (crunchy rice?!?). Yuck. Even the carnitas was mushy.
Chipotle is so inconsistent. This one needs to go to retraining. Maybe not just this store!!

Worst customer service ever. As soon as we walked in we’re were disrespected by this one lady worker. SHe was yelling at us, and had a huge attitude problem. The food looked like it wasn’t fresh and the kitchen was very dirty. We decided to just leave . Do not go

If I could give a negative 000,000,000 stars this place filled with uncleanliness everywhere. They need to get a professional grill person. They sometimes use the same dirty containers to refill food. Just very unbelievable awful management.

I really don't know that they are good for this place, the food is terrible. I have ordered carnitas and the one who made this recipe has never tried carnitas, the tasteless rice, like beans. I think the only decent thing is the salad.

I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for the past 15 years, but this particular location has been a letdown. While the food was decent, the staff was incredibly rude and unfriendly. If you’re looking for a pleasant dining experience, I highly recommend avoiding this location.

I’m a HUGE fan of Chipotle through and through….always have been. I find it extremely disappointing when I show up at my local Chipotle at 7pm to order my dinner and they have run out of Guacamole (basically the only reason that I love chipotle is for the Guacamole). It doesn’t make sense to me that an establishment like Chipotle can go through 3 hours of operating hours without serving guacamole. This has happened twice now and therefore I am losing my love for Chipotle. I would love to continue to be this loyal customer but FIX the guac problem.
