Chipotle Mexican Grill

Would not come here again. 5pm and they are out of 50% of their ingredients. The bowl was only half full of the ingredients that I did get. Workers were nice, but didn’t give nearly enough ingredients. Actual food was okay but didn’t have what I wanted. Wouldn’t come back.

Girl was talking to her friend at the register instead of serving a line of customers waiting for her. Guac looks like it's been sitting there forever, don't know how they still intend to serve it to customers. Dirty. Grill looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned in forever. Worst attitude from employees. When I asked for chipotle sauce, they gave me a cup with a tiny amount of sauce. Definitely won't be going back.

It is so frustrating to see go to chipotle in the PBG mall. You wait in line FOREVER! And today I watched 2 employees in line first. When there’s a line yall need to prioritize your customers. Then they are ALWAYS out of product!!! Guac & chips the probably most popular items at chipotle it is UNACCEPTABLE to be out and then wait in line for as long as you do and then tell your customer you are OUT OF CHIPS!? I should have just walked away and not even bothered to eat there. And! My bowl is HALF the size portion as it should be 0% effort today you guys! So disappointed I will not go to chipotle again. So disappointed

I’m not sure if your the store at PGA commons . That’s the one I’m reviewing. The mall store is 5 stars. Never going back to the PGA store again!!! Unless I want only beans and rice...
I tried them again and it's even worse!!
The food is good, but they just rip you off on the potions. The really bad thing is they know what they're doing and don't even care. You would think that a manager or someone would respond with an excuse or explanation. They really don't care ?

Worst service from beloved chipotle. I’ve never visited a worse run branch. They didn’t know the difference between a kids meal taco (which they tried to serve me) and a normal taco entree. The manager came out to get the long line moving and did not pay attention to my order but moved me a long. I have no idea what I just paid for. At cashier she didn’t even know what order was ours not could we tell as well.

I frequently eat at Chipotle. I rarely write bad reviews but my visit for lunch to get a bowl on 08/16/24 was very disturbing. I went to get my typical bowl. It was so ridiculous how small the portion servings were that were being provided to me in the bowl. With each small serving, I politely asked for the employee to please add a bit more. With an attitude, the amount added was not enough to feed a mouse. When he did the chicken, the spoon did not even have one layer of chicken on it. At this point, I was getting a little irritated that I had to keep asking to just get a normal serving. I again said, hey, could you please give me some more chicken? He literally added 2 little pieces of chicken. I said you have to be kidding me, I have never received such small portions. I said please, can you give me a normal serving of chicken. He rudely said I will have to charge you for double chicken if I add any more. What a joke, I was not even close to receiving a single serving of chicken.

If I was not so hungry and short on time, I would have just left the bowl there and not paid for it. Very disappointing and upsetting.

Extremely slow service one girl that just stands at the register staring while one single employee prepares the entire line alone maybe it’s a staffing issue but i saw at least 3 people leave the line due to the wait time . Portions sizes are pretty small i don’t believe in over eating but i would like what i am paying for

I eat chipotle almost every week but I wouldn't go back to this one. Smallest portions I have ever received at a chipotle. It looked like he was trying to give me as little as possible, not even full scoops. The carnitas was also discolored and did not taste like it normally does. Normally I love chipotle, but I was disappointed with this one.
