Chipotle Mexican Grill

Got a chicken bowl yesterday. I found a few pieces of lettuce in my bowl with bugs on them. The lettuce was definitely not washed. Makes me wonder what else they aren’t doing… like not washing hands after coming back from the restroom etc….

My order was canceled for no apparent reason. This location is the worse to order from. I called and no one was able to help me. It was absolutely useless reporting the issue online. I will never be ordering anything from this location again.

I just ate at this Chipotle and honestly, I’m extremely disappointed. I paid for double chicken and steak, and they barely added anything extra. The amount of rice they gave me was laughable — maybe 1/4 of a spoonful. I didn’t want beans, so I politely asked for a bit more rice, and instead of helping, the staff started laughing like I was a joke. They were giggling and acting like everything I asked for was funny.

I paid \$27 and left still hungry. I work in the area and used to come to this Chipotle regularly, but after today, I’d rather drive a bit further to a different location than come back here again. This was really disappointing.

This location might actually be the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Maybe lunch time is better but don’t EVER eat dinner at this location. Just being honest. If you just have to eat chipotle do yourself a favor and drive to the one on Indiantown. It’s not much better but it’s way better than the Alton location.

I stood in line for ten minutes with three people in front of me. Unreal how slow they were. It was a to-go order. When I ate it, I discovered three different pieces of bone mixed in with the chicken. Just a terrible Chipotle experience overall.

There are more employees than brain cells working here. Out of stock on several items at 7pm. Manager hanging around and talking with the line cooks while customers wait.

If I ever wanted to make myself angry I make sure to go to the Donald Ross chipotle. Because every single time I order my food the workers act like I’m personally going through their fridge and cleaning it out. I’ll ask for some steak and in the off chance there actually is some they just go ahead and give me a measly half scoop. Ashamed to even look me in the eyes whilst they do it. And even in then half the time there wiped out of all their meat. How you gonna tell me yall got a buck 10-13 people in there but always running out by noon. I’m astonished this continues to happen. But like a bad ex girlfriend I’m always coming back and getting my feelings hurt all over again.

Least favorite chipotle in all of palm beach county. Worst portions, always “out of stuff” when they have it sitting in the mobile order section. No clean tables either.

Rough. Tried it 4 separate occasions and had to walk out on 2. Always out of something, no one is happy to be there, and its the only chipotle around that I just decide not to go to even if I’m in the mood.

Portions: Barely any chicken even though I ordered double chicken. Almost no rice.
I'm disappointed at how far Chipotle has fallen. I don't think I will eat there again. $25 for a small burrito, some chips, and rude staff is crazy.
