Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have no luck when I order at this chipotle I always have something missing in the order, today 11-27-24 I ordered a quesadilla, I opened the bag and it didn't have the quesadilla, the bathroom always has a bad smell since they opened it, the line is always long, there is always someone preparing the food, never put a spoon of chicken because they always shake it, I don't know why, if you go when they open at 10:45 am they are never ready

Horrible meat for the new smoked meal. You should be embarrassed. It was all tough and grizzle.

Who is managing this location? Tons of bad reviews and when I walked in there tonight I waited in line for 20 min and then as soon as I started to place my order they informed me they are not taking cash because they don’t have change (and I only had cash on me).
This is a nice location in Alton, why isn’t management changing things around?

This place was so dirty. The food line counter tops had spilled old food all over it. The kitchen and kitchen floor dirty. The food looked and Tasted old and not fresh at all. Dirty tables, trash all over. Staff did not look happ. Their aprons and clothing also dirty.

Chips were stale and gross. They use a lot
Of cilantro but they have white rice without it you have to ask. Food flavor was not the best.

We will not be coming here again. Hope someone can clean this place up.

Food tasted actually dirty and I paid 16 bucks for it. I had a coupon that gave me double meat for free but I couldn’t scan it because my screen is a bit messed up and I didn’t realize until after I paid full price that she could have just asked me for the code. That wasn’t the biggest deal because I though whatever I’ll just use it another day and it’ll be fine. Because I DID NOT think the steak was gonna taste like dirty toenails. And I even asked before hand if it was fresh and they straight up lied to me saying it was. I normally stick it up and eat it regardless because I hate wasting food but that wasn’t food it was poisonous garbage. Do better

The reviews here are tricky because we all know chipotle has their days but this chipotle seems to never fail me, and I mean it! I come here twice a week and my bowl is fresh 10/10 every time. The manager Ahmad makes sure the line keeps moving and staff is attentive. Place is always clean when I walk in. The big backs on these reviews is funny … if you want big portions what you expect!!! lol

The portions get less and less and today when I ask for chicken in my bowl I got a half scoop with maybe 5 tiny pieces of chicken. I asked for more and the worker said it was gonna cost more. Insane that I have to pay 3-4 extra dollars for another half scoop of chicken

One of the worst Chipotles out there. Ordered delivery with extra chicken, was maybe a half a normal scoop. Also got the wrong rice. Done with Chipotle forever.

The working hours are inaccurate, came at 10:15
and they closed the doors, Google says that it closes at 11.

We walked in and waited for someone to come take the order, the only one taking orders was someone on his first day with no training. We got extremely small portions because of this & my burrito looks like a torpedo?

When you just want a solid meal from chipotle avoid this one ?

I wish I would’ve taken pictures. Saturday afternoon 5 o’clock. The line was completely emptied of food. The prep area look like somebody threw up on it. How long does it take to wipe a surface young girl working the line was overwhelmed, and when I asked her when the food was going to be ready. She said they’re not making it. What does that mean, I am reporting this to the health department. I published a comment in Jupiter locals and have over 100 answers stating how bad and disgusting this location is. Whoever is the manager, they should be fired immediately along with the lackluster staff. I told her she should just shut the doors and lock them.

very unclean, trash overflowing, dirty tables, nasty bathrooms, gross looking food. very poor serving size even gave me the wrong rice when i clearly said brown. overall do not come here!
