Chipotle is really going down the dumps from the food that tasted horrible and when I put in front of my dog he sniffed and turned his head to the portions watching them pick pieces to put in the bowl. Knowing several years ago I was spending $6.50 for a bowl that was very full to now $13 gets me garbage i think this last meal i have for free on my app will be my last time visiting. Again there was a time my son and I ate Chipotle dam near every day because it was a great place.

Never order online or delivery here, the amount of meat they put on is almost non-existent. I dont know if management is instructing them to put no meat but its really bad. By far the worst chipotle Ive ordered from.

Good enough for a quick meal that fit my keto eating regime, even if the chicken was overdone. They put the right amount of toppings on, the flavor was good and it was prepared right there on front of me.

It helps to be nice to the person preparing your food. For asking how their day was going, perhaps there was more chicken added to the bowl. It certainly had enough but I'd learn later that the chicken was almost tough. Oh well. It all tasted good.

Chipotle used to be the bees knees. I think they've lost their charm but what fast foot chain hasn't?

Asked for guac, the lady gave me a tablespoon of guac and I asked for a little more and they said it was double guacamole for a little more. Workers were also taking forever to get my order because they would not stop talking to each other about random stuff not related to their work.

After so many years of disappointing food quality and customer service i've had enough and wont be going back to chipotle again. the kid that was making my bowl first was cleaning with his glove on but no issue there. the issue is that after he cleaned the counter he didnt put on new pair of gloves. i figured no big deal since he's using a serving spoon to get the food till he spills some of the chicken on the counter, grabs it and throws it in my bowl. gave me a attitude when i asked if he could make a new bowl when i pointed that out. lastly the kid completely overfilled my bowl with rice making it 90 percent rice and 10 percent everything else. like im paying 13 dollars for 8 small pieces of chicken and a bunch of rice.

Probably the worst chipotle location besides the Donald Ross location.
Everytime I place an online order with any double protein I recieve what looks to be half a scoop.
I don’t want to file a complaint nor do I want refunds. How hard is it to fulfill an order correctly ?

This is the worse chipotle ever in palm beach county. Do not do pickup order without checking your food first they will cheat u for your money if u pay for double. They are very rude and will give u a hard time if you ask them to correct it

Gaucamole tastes funny, when asked if they had vinaigrette they said no, even tho I saw it. Workers had attitudes , i felt unsafe to ask for anything else.

Food came with hair in it and the portions were tiny. Barely any rice and bottom of the scrap brisket.

Tried calling but they don’t take phone calls and the AI pepper agent is awful. Never ordering again. Wish they would refund me but I can’t even get ahold of them!!

The food was excellent 👌, but the service was so ugly. The waitress treated me like I was a suspect, and I was only there to get my food and go. Never , ever again will I eat at this location to get treated like that.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Chipotle. I arrived about 10-15 minutes before their posted closing time, only to find the doors already locked and the staff cleaning up. It was frustrating, as closing time should mean customers are welcome until that point, not that the doors are shut early. I understand that employees want to finish up on time, but closing before the advertised time sends the wrong message about customer service and reliability. If the hours need to be adjusted, then they should update the signage. Otherwise, customers like myself expect the doors to be open during the listed hours.
