I have been a member for 8 years and the food never disappoints me. Great menu. It's time for a makeover, maybe more wine cellar ambiance.

Michael K was absolutely amazing! He was very informative and noticed we had gluten free menus on the table and offered to bring us some gluten free bread to snack on while we waited for our meal! He did an excellent job taking care of us and had a great personality. I highly recommend you ask for him!

Michael K was AMAZING. It was my first time here and he was very informative about the menu and wine members club. I'm gluten free and he saw the menu on the table and brought out gluten free bread to start! He was super nice and had a great sense of humor. My husband and I wil be back to see him! If you go here ask for Michael!

Cooper’s Hawk in Palm Beach Gardens is truly one of my favorite spots! The wine tasting experience is always amazing and super affordable. Vincent is my go-to at the tasting bar — he’s knowledgeable, down to earth, and has a great personality. We always have real, meaningful conversations, and he knows how to read the room perfectly — engaging without overdoing it. His professionalism and genuine nature make the experience that much better.

Tom, the manager, also stood out with his warm smile and excellent customer service. I love how he interacts with his staff — you can see the true family dynamic in the way the whole team works together.

When dining in, I only request Amanda because she’s that girl! She remembers who I am, the wine I like, and always provides flawless service. My food is always hot, correct, and perfectly timed. She’s great at suggesting new dishes based on my preferences and knows how to balance friendly conversation with giving guests their space.

And I have to mention Elaine, one of the best managers I’ve ever met. She’s compassionate, understanding, and an excellent problem solver. When I had an issue with my food once (with a different server), Elaine handled it immediately with grace and professionalism — offering a solution right away and personally checking back to ensure I was satisfied. That’s true leadership and genuine care for the customer experience.

Cooper’s Hawk Palm Beach Gardens is a perfect blend of great wine, great food, and even greater people. The entire team makes you feel valued, and that’s what keeps me coming back!

Party of 6. My food was delicious but some in our party thought their food was salty. I also LOVED the Sangria flight. I will be back!

The location, appearance, wine bar, and service were good, but the noise level and lack of consideration from diners at a close table was terrible! Complaining to our server resulted in " I can move you to another location" which as we were midway in our meal was not an option to us. The answer should have been " I will advise the manager". Upon leaving I spoke to the manager whose body language appeared to be one of "too bad, we don't need your business". I suggest to anyone who goes there to first check the location of your table and surrounding occupants.

We love Cooper's Hawk. Have wine members for 14 years as well Great appetizers, entrées, and service. 

Been here many times. Members of the wine club. Love the wines. Love the food. Very consistent no matter which location you visit. Waitress was very nice and competent. Will always come back.

Tonnell was spectacular!! For it being his third shift he was extremely helpful with our table whom had a handful of dietary restrictions. Sweet and attentive would come back to sit with him again!
