This place is usually never packed, only reason I am giving a 4 is because customers are never greeted and the boxes always come dirty. For such expensive cookies presentation should be a bit more clean
Everything was great per usual! Just wish the staff here were more engaging and friendly. Didn’t have a word spoken to me by a single employee there, and stood at the register waiting for over 5 minutes before i realized the employees weren’t interested in taking my order when the order yourself booths are there. Sad that service is such a dud everywhere these days but glad the cookie cookie made me feel better!
I went in to place a pick up order for father day and found out they don't do it in person?? I had to download the app and place the order that way. Very confused on why it's not set up in the store? But the person behind the counter was very helpful otherwise.
