I usually come in at least once a week, and every time I do I ask for Amanda. She’s the only server I trust; always friendly and attentive even if the place is busy. She's the reason I’ll keep coming back.

I had the gridiron nachos and they were delicious. We arrived shortly after they opened so the place was nearly empty. But service was actually quite slow.

I had a disappointing experience with Vanessa (server). Her demeanor came across as dismissive and condescending which made the interaction incredibly uncomfortable. Her tone and overall attitude felt unwelcoming, and I left feeling more attacked than served every time she stopped at our table. I don't feel comfortable returning to this location because the entire time I felt stressed and anxious.

Went today for lunch with my cousin. He ordered a quesadilla and I had tuna tataki on wonton crisps with ponzu & yum yum sauce. Both were excellent as was the service.

I’ve been to this Duffy’s location several times, and it’s clear that the establishment is suffering from neglect. The general manager, Bryan Uriba, is not maintaining the restaurant the way it should be.
The building itself feels old and rundown. Floorboards are peeling up, which not only looks unprofessional but creates safety concerns. I’ve also noticed insects on more than one visit, which is unacceptable for a dining environment. The whole place is overdue for remodeling and better upkeep.
To be fair, the on-site managers and staff are doing the best they can. The current team of managers is top-tier in terms of effort and service, but it’s obvious their hands are tied. No matter how hard they work, they can’t overcome the issues that stem from neglect at the top.
Duffy’s as a brand is known for being consistent, but this location isn’t living up to that standard. Without serious investment and stronger leadership from the general manager, it’s only going to continue sliding in the wrong direction.

Erika was fantastic behind the bar. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was just right. I ordered the fish tacos and they were fresh, flavorful, and came out perfectly. The cocktails she made were spot on too. Erika really made the whole experience enjoyable, and I’d definitely come back to sit at her bar again.

I love to be greeted with positive energy and Logan and staff did just that. This was our first time at Duffy’s and we came for the burgers. Logan suggested the smash burger she said it’s the best so we tried and he was right! we had the smash burger and bbq burger which he said was his 2nd favorite. Logan has great taste. I typically cook my own food but it was worth the experience good burgers good energy. Thanks Logan for your enthusiasm and positive energy made it even better.

The food was horrible. The chicken looked like it was chewed up and spit out. I have ordered the chicken Philly from many other Duffy’s and the use real chicken! I asked the waitress, no peppers not only did she put peppers on it, but she put jalapeños on it as well. I didn’t complain because she didn’t look very classy and I didn’t want her to do something to my food. Needless to say, I will not eat at this location again. There was also no management at this location.
