Duffy's Sports Grill

Not a bad spot, typical bar and grill. Server was attentive and quick on keeping water filled. The chicken fingers were the star of the show, pretty tender and tasty. All in all a decent meal. Recommended.

Jessica is an incredible bartender. In tune to everyone at the bar. As a retired food and beverage director, I wish I would have had a staff that cared as much as she does.

I had dinner with my husband and son last night. We were seated and waited for about ten minutes before a waitress came over. She apologized but "didn't know we were there". I wanted a pina colada but was informed the machine was broken so opted for a gummi bear mojito. She brought the drinks to the table and the gummi bear mojito had no gummi bears. It was brought to her attention and she came back with some gummi bears and proceeded to take our orders. I ordered the slam dunk nachos. She came back a minute later to inform me that they were out of the tortilla chips. I told her to come back in a minute so I could figure out what I wanted which she did. My husband and son's dinners came out and they were just about done eating before I received my chicken sandwich. My husband had a burger, my son the pulled pork sandwich which they both liked. The chicken sandwich was also good. We asked for the second round of drinks and don't you know it, the gummi bear mojito had no gummis again! Really?? Shouldn't the bartender know a gummi bear mojito gets gummi bears? Doesn't the waitress notice that there are no gummi bears?? especially since the first drink didn't have them?? We gave up at that point and didn't even bring it to her attention. Needless to say it was a less than enjoyable evening. Management really needs to step it up.

Not a good evening for this NorthLake Duffy's. The restaurant did not have a lot of customers. Our server took about 10 minutes to come over to acknowledge us. He seemed new, so we were patient with him. He had to be reminded of what we ordered even though he wrote it down. The wings lacked flavor, were over-priced and the fries were poorly presented. It will be a while before I take my family to this location. Duffy's, we expected more from you.

Took 15 minutes to get water & soda. A additional 45 for soup and a sandwich. Wasn't that busy no reason for the delay. Had to remind waiter 4 times for a box to take the rest of my sandwich to go as I had told him I had to be back for work and I was hoping to rush the order. Instead I was over 20 minutes late back to work. I give zero stars for service as it was not that busy and multiple tables were waiting 30+ minutes for basics such as drinks & appetizers.

I decided to give this Duffy’s one more chance after having poor experiences. The service was previously slow, uncaring and inattentive. Seth absolutely changed my mind. I’m not sure if some of the old servers are gone, but the new faces in here are entirely revamping the dining experience. Additionally, the food was excellent and the table was spotless upon arrival. Thank you for the excellent service, Seth. I will be back again.
