Really disappointed with my recent experience. I placed a mobile app order, and they completely messed it up. I ordered a hot coffee and got an iced one instead. On top of that, the order wasn’t even ready when I arrived, even though I gave them plenty of time. The service was disorganized and the attention to detail was terrible. If you’re using the mobile app, double-check everything—this location clearly doesn’t.

I have been coming to this Dunkin for a couple months now because I bypass 5 Dunkin’ Donuts from my home to get here because they know what they are doing. They get the order right all the time and they know how to make my drink. Great team everyone is on point. Don’t even care if there’s a line worth the wait. Never again will I steer from this place the one time I did today that place made my drink like shit. The guy at the front was amazing today he made my matcha latte fast. I even showed him what the other made me for. Love this place

Went in to order. First time being at this location. Staff screaming on the top of their lungs about how another staff member should be grateful because she just made 10 dollars. Staff member kept screaming about how she hates this job. Dirt everywhere, nothing was wiped down in the lobby, and there was only one small young lady genuinely working and trying to get things done correctly. I’ve never been to a restaurant this disheveled. I can’t believe the GM or owner are okay with how this location is conducting its business. It’s genuinely appalling.

Extremely disappointing service at the drive-thru. It’s unacceptable that staff don’t seem to know how to take an order properly. I could clearly hear cursing and joking around over the headset. I ultimately had to pull up to the window just to place my order. The level of professionalism at this location is seriously lacking.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at the drive-thru. The staff appeared unprofessional and unprepared to take my order. I could clearly hear inappropriate language and joking over the headset, which is highly unprofessional. Due to this, I had to drive up to the window to place my order, which defeats the purpose of a drive-thru. The overall experience was frustrating and reflects poorly on the standards of this establishment. They deserve no stars as I also had to have my drink remade.

This may be insensitive, but how hard is it for a GROWN ADULT to make an order correctly? It’s laughable. But alas, that’s why they are grown adults working at Dunkin’ Donuts.
