This store is not dirty, it's filthy inside and out, bathroom etc. Come on guys, get it together and show some pride and get the store clean like it should be. Big fan of Dunkin but not this particular location.

The general manager is extremely rude, and not personable. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Dunkin donuts and showed up to this via Uber and while her employees were understanding and helpful, she was everything but. Will not bring business here for that reason alone. She really needs customer service training or to be replaced

Two Old Souls Vintage Co
Took 15 minutes and reminding them about my order to receive my order. They had at least 8 people working and maybe 5 cars in line and 3 people inside. I took my order on my phone so I wouldn’t have to wait as long. I saw multiple people come, pick up their order, and leave and did not see my order. I asked about it and he pulled two drinks from behind the counter that had been sitting there and were clearly watered down, to which I said “I don’t want this, it is watered down.” Another 10 minutes went by and in that time I watched the guy bring the old drinks over and dump them on new ice. He brought my drinks and food and I told him “thank you, but you guys really shouldn’t be this slow with so many people working”. I took my order and left. On my way to the car I hear shouting, “then just don’t come back here then it’s that simple”, I turned around and the employee was leaned out of the drive thru window shouting this while another customer was at the window in their car. Really professional and competent staff they have there. NOT!

In this place, the person who attends the cashier is a jerk, he serves the customers poorly, I think he is a foreigner, he throws the food and coffee on the counter, I wouldn't see him working there.
