Food is Dunkin food it’s the same everywhere, but everyone who works at this specific Dunkin location is absolutely miserable. There is one woman who is at least courteous but everyone else has the worst attitude on this planet. And it’s every single day, just absolutely miserable

the cashier yelled at me b/c she got my order incorrect. she didnt speak english well and understood english less. mgr REFUSED to come talk to me and hear my complaint. cashier (looked dirty and sloppy) was VERY rude to customers before me as well. the other employees TRIED to make up for cashier rudeness. its 5 min from home BUT i rather pay double down the road for starbucks then have a dirty employee inside and out serve me.

This place is garbage, I don't recommend it. I placed an order at the counter and they were confused when I went down to complain, they didn't want to cancel the order or return my money.

Shame because this Dunkin has the potential to be great, but I’d label it as inconsistent at best. Sometimes, the food and drink is on point, but most times, I spend $6 on a specialty coffee and get a cup full of iced motor oil. Not sure if it’s carelessness or apathy but management and the franchise owners have more than a few things to address.

Finally went to this Dunkin donuts to get me some donuts and coffee. I ordered my stuff and sat and waited... 5min....10min...20min...30min... So I got up and asked where my order, keep in mind I already paid, and the lady looked at me and said what order so I told her my order and name and she said we dont have that order in our system after I already paid. So I showed her the charge on my card and she just signed angry and said "just sit down and we will get you handled ok?! Just be patient" like excuse me?! I never had to bite my tongue so hard in my life. I honestly hope this place gets shut down or at least fire these bad managers and hire some real ones. Cause they are disrespectful and I will not handle it. I'm so tempted to try and make calls and see what I can do about it because this place obviously hires anyone and doesn't care about how they act or treat costumers.

Dasani is the best! Unbelievable service today. And this store in general has really improved lately. Always quick, almost never runs out of any food, and the employees are really friendly. Highly recommended.

I had an awful experience at the Bell Gardens CA location on 9/8 around 5:15 pm all because I asked for a receipt. An employee threw my receipt away without asking me and I told the “assistant manager” that. The employee said that I didn’t ask for it. I told the manager that he forgets that the customers pay their paycheck. The situation escalated when the manager managed to get me the receipt. I got one for a second purchase that I did but not for the first. When I did get my receipt I read that if I gave a feedback I would get a free donut. I made a joke about it and then the manager got all serious and said that he can just give me a donut. I had already gotten one through a reward. I went to the other side to get my two drinks and the manager said to the employee that attended me that I just wanted a free donut. The manager told me that he was going to report me to the general manager and was going to ban me from returning. The employee who attended me told me that I shouldn’t come back and that I was going to get fat from eating donuts. The manager also said that he was going to even call security. I tried to take a video but failed but he did go out and took a picture of my mom’s car which was parked right outside. My mom is also scared on drinking her coffee for fear of it being spat on. This kind of unruly behavior should not be tolerated. I don’t think that I want to go back at all to Dunkin not because I was banned but because I fear for my safety and don’t want to be offended anymore. I’m not sure if I should seek legal help or something. I’m just stumped. All because of a receipt. It’s my right to get one and whether or not I give any kind of feedback. Customers should be treated with respect. You should check the cameras to see what unfolded. They had no right to treat me that way. They should be retrained and reprimanded. All I wanted was a receipt and when I got the one that I wanted I took a quick glimpse and read the free donut part. I said that aloud and was also going to say bad and good but I was interrupted and couldn’t finish my sentence and that’s when everything unfolded. The employee that attended me at first had a lot of facial piercings and dyed green hair. He was laughing the entire time when the assistant manager who was black took over. When I got my drinks I was even told that I was going to get fat or fatter. Something like that but it was rather offensive. I was walking out with my mom who speaks some English and trying to keep my cool explaining the situation. I used to be very big you see, and have lost almost all of my weight and wanted to treat myself that day. Worst decision I ever made. At this point I don’t know if I ever want to go back. This was a form of aggression. Please watch the videos to better understand the situation. The way that I was threatened that security was going to be called to escort my mom and I out, calling the general manager so that I wouldn’t be let back to the premises to even having a picture taken of my mom’s car. My mom thinks that maybe he confused us for someone else. We also weren’t wearing any masks since we were at a restaurant setting. Who knows what else would have happened if we were wearing any. I didn’t do anything wrong and kept my cool the entire time that I was there. If you would kindly see the video, you would see that. I’m not asking much. I’ve lost my dignity and dignity and cried over this situation hours after it sank it. Please put yourself in my situation.

No customer service at this Dunkin. They take forever to acknowledge their customers. There seems there is no management decisions to move the lines or concern about customer service.

This is the exact same drink order, the one on the right was clearly made incorrectly. It was a DoorDash order from this morning, a frozen mocha coffee. The one on the right I got on my lunch break and it was made correctly. The inconsistency is INSANE. The first drink was undrinkable and honestly disgusting.
