Disgusting behavior and horrific customer service. I walked out without my coffee even after i paid for it. That's how disgusted I am with the staff and their abhorrent practices. After purposely ignoring me and not taking my order even though I approached the cashier with a smile and a hello- she then proceeded to take her sweet time making my simple order of a small coffee - and started literally scratching the skin on her head and neck and sprinkling the flakes of skin all over the countertop and my drink. Likely intentionally based on our interaction. I'm appalled. I would NEVER ever eat one thing from here. They need a major overhaul on their staff.

The worst Dunkin donuts will never have your online order ready no matter how much time you give him. They are the slowest moving crew. They do not care about you. They are not nice. They don't even have a smile on their face. I would avoid it

corner shop often doesn't show up on Google map no drive through very limited tight parking but staff was very efficient helpful and friendly

This Dunkin has really stepped up their service. They have a great morning crew, especially Shameka. She is always friendly and on point with customer service. They always assure your order is out and accurate.Fantastic team work at a great location.

I'll admit the main reason I visit this Dunkin is because it's the closest to my work, but they do a great job and are amazingly quick. Almost always my sandwich and coffee are waiting for me if I order on the app. And they seem just a little bit better than other stores at spreading out the bacon so it fully covers the sandwich. Meeka is a wonderful person there (barista? sandwich artist? Donut Diva?) and always greets me by name. Happy to stop in twice a week(-ish) and get my goodies. Only complaint is they need to keep the black pepper bacon all year round.

Where's dunkin' donuts?I ever went to the guys behind the counter.Had no idea what's going on.They confused the orders.The food quality was not good.I would not go back here again.Maybe for a cup of coffee.

I’m a Dunkin regular and I have been drinking strawberry refresher for 2 years now but every time I get them here it tastes horrible like old tea .
I try to use the bathroom, they tell me someone locked key in bathroom so I say ok. 10 seconds later a customer grabs a key and goes into the bathroom. Complete LIARS!

Food was on par for a dunkin' donuts and staff was friendly and helpful. Location was understaffed so there was a little bit of a wait but that was not the service staff's fault. They were very patient and friendly especially in light of how many people were there waiting. Recommend only picking up food and going from this location. Was very small. Bathroom was clean.

Who cuts a bagel like this?? Plus the people working there were pretty incompetent, I had to repeat my order line 10x!! Plus the layout of the place is horrible. It was better before they changed it!
