I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. The customer service is awful—extremely delayed and disorganized. The staff is unprofessional and their attitude leaves much to be desired. The cleanliness is non-existent, The loud music only adds to the chaos. I waited over 25 minutes for an incomplete order. Overall, a terribly frustrating experience. I won’t be returning.

From surly non-customer service by the girl at the cashier to a rock hard stale bagel, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Dunkin Donuts. Besides that, this location does not appear to be very clean. Will not go back. Shame on you DD!!!!

Literally have tried going here multiple times at around 6:40PM and the door is locked… when they close at 7PM. It’s frustrating because I try to grab a coffee on the way to work, and now I cannot because they close early without warning. I went today at 6:40 and they were locked again, shaking their finger at me through the glass. I thought it was supposed to be open til 7?

Creates safety risk by allowing customers to park in fire parking spot and road next to it- should refuse to serve those inconsiderate folks blocking traffic who can’t drive 20 seconds further into a spot. Palm Beach Gardens police needs to actually enforce laws other than school zone speeding for parents getting to school on the empty crosswalks where no kids walk to school because we live in Florida and it’s hot af.

Paid for toasted cream cheese received just a plan bagel
I was a regular customer, but not anymore. No one was in the cashier because the person in charge was very busy talking on the phone and she was pissed off because I had to shout out asking for being attended. Then she was so unfriendly while taking for my order and even prepared an awful iced coffee. Avoid this place and go to another store.
Never again!!!! I have gone in there a few times as I work in an office across the street. They are always non engaged blah and sometimes plain rude. Today was my final visit. I walked in one lady asked if she could help me I said could I get… then she rudely said to other young disrespectful girl oh you gonna get it? So I start to speak a man comes out of the restroom and she interrupts me and says oh imma grab him first. The guy says she was here and I decided to NEVER give this hell hole another chance!!! So disappointed in Dumken Donits
