The man at the drive through counter completely ignored half of our order, then when we asked at the window to get the rest of our order, he gave us one thing we asked for while rolling his eyes and that was it.

Went through drive through and didn't check my order. Ordered an egg and cheese croissant. Received a croissant. Good thing I wasn't hungry. On a positive note it wasn't stale though.

The food has just gotten worse - everything tastes freezer burned or like the toaster oven hasn’t been cleaned, just so gross. They constantly make my drink wrong and give me lemonade instead of green tea. The staff is very friendly but the food and drinks are just so gross. Please don’t go here and waste money like I did - literally threw everything out.

This is the slowest location I have ever visited. I tried it twice and each time I waited inside more than 35min to order and had to walk out without ever ordering. Never again. I will get Dunkin on weekends closer to home and Starbucks when I'm in this area for work

Whether it was the glazed or the filled options, they all had a similar sugary taste that didn’t sit well with me. The service was decent, but it didn’t make up for the disappointing quality of the donats.

I usually give good reviews of this location. However Sunday afternoon I had a bad experience. The girl made my coffee wrong and proceeded to argue with me. Finally I asked to have it remade the whole time arguing with me. The second time was made wrong again. Out of spite maybe?

Sunday December 15th between 12:30 and 1:00 the new person working at Duncan has such a bad attitude. She should not be in the service industry. This is my second negative post about the same person get rid of her.

Our company will be using the Jupiter location. Dunkin is way too busy at this location to get your order right. Highly turned off as for a $68 order I received 2 coffees in my Grubhub order and that was it. Missing 11 items?! We will also be discontinuing use of Grubhub. The cost is ridiculous to start with and the mistakes aren't even dealt with in American call centers and leave little room for resolution other than to refund with " Sorry about that".

I don’t want to even give one star to this location. Beyond disappointing food quality, DD is known for its coffee, it has been absolutely horrendous here the past few times I have stopped by. The bagel I ordered slightly toasted was stone hard and ice cold.. This is a great location for a potential new owner that wants to come in and turn it around, as it stands today, they should close their doors until they resolve their issues.

I was disappointed that they didn't carry maple longjohns a staple in dunkin history. They also didn't mark the difference between a turkey sausage breakfast sandwhich and a pork regular one for someone who doesn't eat pork this was quite hard to decipher the difference as they look and smell the same.

Dietary restrictions: Wouldn't recomend this specific location as though they have options they don't really help us with this options
