Paid for my mobile order, says they’re open, it’s 12:30pm. Doors locked and closed, lights on…basically took my money providing no product or explanation as to where anybody is who is supposed to run the store…

Bagels were very stale & chewy. Definitely not fresh. I’m not a picky person but I really got a jaw workout… Mocha cold brew was incredibly sweet, but that’s probably my fault (I usually only drink black coffee, just thought I’d try something different). Summary: don’t expect fresh bagels. I even saw the woman behind the counter feeling several before picking one, presumably because she knew some were more stale than others.

Is there anything higher than 5 stars? Well, if there is, the ladies at this dunkin' deserve it. They are absolutely the best people in the world. I enjoy coming to get coffee in the mornings and laugh with the girls. Thank you for being so wonderful

It’s a shame that both times I’ve visited this location I haven’t been able to eat or drink the things I get because they are made wrong. The staff is very nice but that doesn’t make up for horrible coffee and food I’ve gotten here. You’re not supposed to use hot coffee and add ice to it to make iced coffee. It tastes like watered down grossness. You can also tell because all the ice melts before you walk out to the car. I’d like some coffee with my water please and thank you. This is also the only dunkin in the country that consistently makes my sandwich with the wrong cheese every time which for me, makes it inedible. Seeing as this location is more expensive than every other dunkin, that makes the experience even worse. Please educate your staff on how to properly make the things they are serving, I will not be returning.
