Not only was the iced coffee bad, the bagel was trash. The 2 women behind the counter had the attitude like someone had taken a huge dump in their shoes before leaving the house. She passed me what looked like milk and claimed it was my iced coffee because "it comes w three creams." The bagel was harder than the LSATs at Harvard. Paid $13 to throw it in the trash pretty much. the whole experience ruined entire morning...not to be dramatic. Be better.

Bagels were very stale & chewy. Definitely not fresh. I’m not a picky person but I really got a jaw workout… Mocha cold brew was incredibly sweet, but that’s probably my fault (I usually only drink black coffee, just thought I’d try something different). Summary: don’t expect fresh bagels. I even saw the woman behind the counter feeling several before picking one, presumably because she knew some were more stale than others.

It’s a shame that both times I’ve visited this location I haven’t been able to eat or drink the things I get because they are made wrong. The staff is very nice but that doesn’t make up for horrible coffee and food I’ve gotten here. You’re not supposed to use hot coffee and add ice to it to make iced coffee. It tastes like watered down grossness. You can also tell because all the ice melts before you walk out to the car. I’d like some coffee with my water please and thank you. This is also the only dunkin in the country that consistently makes my sandwich with the wrong cheese every time which for me, makes it inedible. Seeing as this location is more expensive than every other dunkin, that makes the experience even worse. Please educate your staff on how to properly make the things they are serving, I will not be returning.

Love this dunkin! The services is beyond. They are super nice and inviting. Food is good and well prepared as well as the coffee. Even if you don't like how the coffee turned out, they dont mind remaking it or offering something else. Very clean and well kept. My dunkin of choice from now on.

Always go there when I’m craving some junk food with extra bacon. The best place for takeaway food, which you can enjoy eating yourself in your car.

Went on 11/6/22 at 1pm and the service was outstanding and fast! Our cold brew coffees were made perfectly, and the girls working had a positive attitude and were friendly
