The food here is absolutely authentic, I came here after my colleague recommended it and I have been here a couple times already so far. I tried various Asian restaurant such as SushiYama and Kabuki at Downtown West Palm and Yami Restaurant at Boynton Beach, but nothing came close to the food at Ebisu. Just a short comment though on the Yakitori, the skewers itself was very nice but when it came as Yakitori Don, somehow the chicken was not as tender as it was on the skewers, otherwise...
