FireFin Grill

This food is so bad I would be embarrassed to serve it to others. The menu is confused between Italian, Japanese, and steakhouse. We tried for the sushi and had to send it back half way in. Do not eat here, full stop.

This place closed? Stopped on Tuesday at 4 PM, door were locked.

Not a positive meal experience. Food mediocre at best. Wait person was the only redeeming quality. Won't return.

Food was just ok, although
skimy. However, we got there about 6:40 and were the ONLY two in the entire dining room. When we left there was no one except at the bar

It was EMPTY on Mother’s Day. We had reservations for 6, outdoors. They tried to sit us in one of the only tables with zero shade, getting blasted by the sun. They refused to let us move into the shade- never even offered any kind of umbrella. So- we took our business to carmines, which was PACKED, and they gladly accommodated us, sitting us outside in the shade. By the time we left carmines, firefin was STILL EMPTY, including all of the outdoor tables under the shade.

This place is a waist of waterfront.
When I spend $130 for three at Brunch I except a level of quality and service better than IHOP.
1. Food took 45 minutes to arrive.
2. Steak and eggs. Steak undercooked, eggs undercooked and not as requested. Potatos were cold and again undercooked.
3. Salom on bagel had not been stored properly and was questionable.
4. The waitress was not attentive and could not apeak english well.
Again when I'm spending over $45 a person I expect a level of service and quality of food at least as good as IHOP.

Poor service Multiple tables walked out Table of 4 orders, 2 meals come out, 15 mins later 3rd meal, at it wasn't right... 4th meal 5 later and it's cold. Will never go back.

Sitting outside was so nice looking at the boats in the marina. Amanda the server was very nice and helpful. Lambchops were cooked perfectly and so was the grouper piccata. We'll be back

It sucks. They lost my key fob also with the valet attendant.

From start to finish horrible experience. Very disappointing. As I took my mom for Mother's Day ..

Here was supposed to be a special night. To celebrate success at both our jobs. We go to a restaurant, they screwed the appetizer up, ok. No worries just make it right. NOPE

Not only was the second attempt worse but the scraped Aoli sauce off the top of our Sushi instead of remaking. So we deduced to ask for the Bill, pay for our two cocktails and leave. The bill comes, charging us full price for the appetizer we didn’t eat.

We had to fight to get that off the bill. I have never in my life experienced this. A total new one for us. But the best part, the server coming over and saying the best we can do is take 50% off the price even though you returned it immediately without eating or touching it.

Never eat at Firefin in Palm Beach Gardens. Ganef that’s for sure.

Didn't enjoy tuna tartar as it was lacking in seasoning and the side was some deep fried dough, very greasy and unappetizing. Music WAS WONDERFUL! Larry and Greg are amazing singers and showmen...easy on the eye too.

,outdoors overlooking the marina is a perfect setting on a nice night. Sushi is good but lacks a higher level. The Ahi tuna was a bit overcooked as well as the sea bass. The clams with linguine was very as was the wine.

We had a beautiful evening sitting looking at the boats. Our server was very gracious. She seemed genuinely concerned for our comfort and service satisfaction. The best Chilean Seabass I had in years!
