Great people great food…..beautiful day, sat outside and they brought us our food with a smile and checked on us to make sure it was to our liking. Not typical of a sub shop these days. Great experience.

New owner as of 2 weeks ago. I won't be returning. Advertizes 20 oz sodas for $2.50, then serves cans for same price. I ordered the new French dip sandwich, and by the time I walked to my car with my order, the bag was filled with the entire cup of au jus because they ran out of tops for the bowls and didn't bother to tell me. I got a jus all over my car. Employees just don't care. Awful experience

Did not have gluten free bread as advertised online. I ordered pickup and they couldn't make my order and wouldn't even refund me what they couldn't make (the sub!). Now I'm hungry and fighting with an online AI chatbot for a refund. FML

Ordered four Thanksgiving Subs and when they arrived they didnt have either cranberry or mayo on them which is the way they should come. Called to get toppings and were told you have to ask for it to be added. Staying in a VRBO so no cranberry or Mayo handy. Thanks for not training your staff. Waste of $100! Oh and I just got one in Indy and look at the photo, they knew what to out in it. Please use the photo as a training tool.

My sandwich had only two pieces of meat on it which is really pathetic for the price. The meat was also GREY. Ew. Ive never seen deli meat look like that before I think I am going to get sick from it. The bread was also untoasted and soaking wet. All around really disgusting. Avoid avoid avoid

The service is awful. Only 1 employee working. Sandwiches have little meat and it never goes to the end of the thread. The meat stops at 3/4 down the roll. Not worth the price. Poor quality. Do not recommend.

Very clean atmosphere walked in and was greeted right away. Great menu choices. Everything is fresh. The people they were actually patient and ready to answer any questions. The food quality is great and you feel like you got what you pay for. overall experience Was great and we’ll be back soon

I really love their hot subs but when I order a sub and get only meat and no toppings it’s quite frustrating especially when you get the sub to go. Now I feel like I have to tell them how to do their job each time I go now to ensure toppings are placed on sub and not just meat. The employees there seem very uninterested in being there and clearly don’t care about how the store is ran. This location needs a whole new team of staff to lift up the quality or I see lots of business turning away.
