The special - BBQ Cuban is on a huge poster in the window and a big storyboard by the line where you place the order. The uneducated employees working had no clue what I was ordering and apparently didn’t know how to make it so they told me they were “out” of it.
No other customers there - I understand why. Hope the owners know how poorly their business is being run. Won’t be open much longer if this is the quality of people they hire.

I was craving your guys sub so I drove to your location on Donald Ross I got there at 8 o’clock at night online says 9 they close when I pulled up I was Disappointed that they were closed at eight when their website says 9 o’clock I go here almost everyday for lunch very disappointed ☹️

We are visiting from California. We are here on business for two weeks. The staff aren't friendly and they haven't been the last two days I have stopped in but the food is pretty good . The coleslaw is nasty that they put on the pork sandwich though

This location is honestly horrible - I’ve ordered from here a few times and they are more likely to get your order wrong than right. If you order special toppings on your sub there’s no chance it’ll get delivered that way. If you order a side pickle, again there’s no chance you’ll receive it. This is the worst Firehouse location that exists. Avoid.

This location is consistently out of lots of things. The soda machine is always more than half out of the various drinks. The machine the brews tea is always broken. The sandwiches seem to be smaller here than at any other location. The staff will speak other languages to themselves as well. I love Firehouse but this location needs a lot of help.
Stock was low. Soda machine was low on choices. Staff has no customer service experience. Guy who works there eating excessively like he was at home. It was empty and that should’ve been a hint for us to turn around. The fact that we drove here out of the way of heading home, what a disappointment. Lady behind counter was on her cell phone with gloves on ?

Not worth the money. No pickles the 2x I've ordered from this location. Staff seem more interested in talking than good customer service for a store with no people inside. Fountain drink was flat and the sweet tea was definitely not sweet.

Terrible food, terrible service. Avoid at all costs. No hot sauce, still no pickles. Food tasted spoiled. For a place founded by firefighters, it's mind boggling they do not give a first responder discount. Save your money and go to Publix or jersey Mike's. The cashier walked outside and was smoking a cigarette right next to my table.
