Five Guys

Changed the fries container from a cup to a flimsy bag, the main bag was ridiculously greasier than ever before and fries were that it leaked through and fries were really soggy/flimsy. Fries where also under seasoned with the Cajun seasoning and felt like I had 80% regular fries with an occasional one with it. Too much changed to where I wont go back, no longer worth the 20 min drive to it for lunch.

It's a typical five guys. Sometimes they're slow to make the food though and sometimes they skimp on the fries. Not all the time though.

We ordered Five Guys delivery through Uber Eats. Our order came, but was missing 3 burgers.
I called the courier right away, but he said he brought all the bags.
I decided to call the Five Guys Palm Beach Gardens store directly, not really expecting any real solution.
The district manager, Kevin, was there at the time, so he spoke to me and apologized profusely, explaining that they made a mistake on their end with our order. It wasn’t the courier’s fault at all. He wanted to make it right so he re-made the entire order (even the items that we already got!) and personally drove 30 minutes to deliver it to our house himself.
We ordered using a 3rd party so he really did not have to do that at all, but he did. Talk about going above and beyond.
We are forever Five Guys customers!

The food isn't bad the fries are excellent. The service sucks, many of the employees are terrible. In addition the food is terribly overpriced! Overall, you're better off going somewhere else.

I walked into Five Guys around 9:05 PM on 12/17, ready for a quick and simple cheeseburger—plain with mustard and ketchup, but unfortunately, this visit wasn’t it
when I took my first bite, I immediately noticed something was off. There were mushrooms in my burger, which wasn’t what I ordered at all. This is unacceptable I specifically ordered a plain cheeseburger with just mustard and ketchup, and somehow, I ended up with mushrooms in my burger. How do you mix up plain with something like mushrooms? It's a simple order, and this mistake shouldn't have happened. I’m disappointed because I didn’t get what I asked for, and it’s not just about the food it’s about attention to detail. If I’m paying for something I want it to be exactly what I ordered.

Always great burgers. French fries are sometimes soggy, however my wife likes it like that, and the Cajun seasoning makes up for the lack of crispiness sometimes.

Great service! Got a small fry and walked away with a bag full of piping hot fresh fries, can’t go wrong!
The burgers are always made to order and fully customizable. Slightly pricey especially for the little burgers I feel like they should have a cheaper kid menu option but none the less I’ll take five guys over going to McDs for a 1$ cheeseburger any day!
Their shakes are super thick and soooo good!

This is my first review following the best hamburgers in USA, this greasy bu tasty hamburger is a guilty pleasure, juicy and well done. Will be always one of my favorite, in my area only can review 3 of 5 best.
