We recently visited Flamingo Cafe for breakfast and left very disappointed. The entire place felt neglected and unclean, with a noticeable greasy film covering the tables, kitchen areas (visible from the counter), bathrooms, and even the plates. Everything looked and felt grimy and unappetizing.
The food itself was equally underwhelming: the butter was smeared cold and pasty on the toast instead of properly melted, and the overall meal tasted overwhelmingly greasy. What should have been a simple, enjoyable breakfast turned into a thoroughly unpleasant experience.
We cannot recommend this restaurant in its current state. It desperately needs better management oversight and quite possibly a thorough health inspection from the county health department to address these serious cleanliness and hygiene issues.
If you're in the area and looking for a clean, reliable breakfast spot, I'd suggest going elsewhere until improvements are made.

Really nice staff. Had the combination omelette with home fries and a coffee. Was very delicious and was able to get consistent refills on my coffee. Very busy place but it wasn’t a very long wait, however I did dine alone.

This is the only place that consistently makes my veggie omelette exactly the way I want it. The wait staff has been there forever, it's just a happy place, you can tell that they're doing a wonderful job and they enjoy doing it and that makes it all the nicer to be there. Biggest recommendation

We ate here twice while visiting the area. Loved the bacon waffle (syrup adds the sweet to the savory) and the omelets are great too. And, if you have the opportunity to have their french fries, they are so GOOD!!! I added them to my BLT.

My first time visiting and Nicky my server was awesome and so kind and attentive. A few frequent flyers (repeat customers) were present. Which told me its a great place to relax and have some delicious food while visiting with friends.

My wife and I tried Flamingo Cafe for the first time. It was around noon on a Sunday. We had breakfast! First we were greated by Edmond, the owner, who was working hard to make sure every guest was happy, but there was more to it, he legitimately gave the very strong impression that he was grateful for his guests, and that is unique and rare. The place was filled with miling faces that only repeat happy customers have. Food was very good and the service was great. We will be back and we highly recommend you try it as well!

I was by myself and requested a boot because of my back pain however it is denied and only told I could get a table. 3 boots were open.
