Came at 4 pm, there was a sign that it will be open in 10 minutes, waited, one of the workers came out and I asked her are they open she said she had to go get something, waited 30 minutes and the spot isn’t open yet, was looking forward on trying out this spot

Overpriced; should be a 3.5 based on price/value. 5% off for cash is comical when two yogurts are $25.

This is a pretty good DIY frozen yogurt place. Lots of flavors of yogurt and toppings, all well marked. Dannon yogurt base was nice, clean and fresh. Place is clean. Staff does the very minimum, but it is DIY. As with all of these places, you wind up getting way more than you need and spending way more than you should ($16 for one cup of fro-yo)

Me and my mother came in to see if they had any gluten free options because I have celiac disease. They had a few options. I got Cookie Monster. An hour or two after eating I got severely sick. Either that or the toppings are cross contaminated with gluten products. I am very disappointed. Don’t label something gluten free if it’s not or let the person know not to get any toppings.

One cup size — and it’s large only. Got two cups that weren’t even full, and it still cost $30! Flavors never change, samples are limited, and toppings are deliberately heavy to jack up the price. No acknowledgment or interaction from the staff — just a cold, transactional vibe. Total rip-off. Never coming back.

I came In Monday the 16th and greeted almost instantly by Nico who was super warm and welcoming he explained how everything worked and told me if I needed anything to feel free to ask and I must say the customer service and the cleanliness of the store was amazing the flavors were diverse and tasty had a great selection of toppings and the checkout process was super simple again with Nico smiling and being very polite and nice Definitely will be returning soon

Always a delicious treat. So clean and very fresh ingredients. Even my boyfriend craves froyo now.

Too expensive. The girl from the register nothing professional with the service. She was looking her phone and laughing too loud. 2 adults and 2 kids more than $60

$20 for two small cups, 1/3 full with barely any toppings… very expensive..

Visited this location around 8:30 PM on April 26 and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any store.
While serving myself frozen yogurt, a little bit accidentally spilled onto my hand. Naturally, I licked it off — and unbelievably, a staff member immediately accused me of stealing and eating without paying.
She was beyond rude, confrontational, and completely out of line. Instead of handling it professionally or even just being a decent human being, she embarrassed me publicly and told me I couldn’t come back inside.
The way she spoke to me was disrespectful, aggressive, and downright hostile over something completely innocent. I’ve never been treated with so much unnecessary hostility over a minor, harmless moment.
Absolutely disgusting behavior from someone representing a business. I will NEVER be returning and I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place. Management should seriously reevaluate who they have working for them — customers deserve better.
