$20 for two small cups, 1/3 full with barely any toppings… very expensive..

Visited this location around 8:30 PM on April 26 and had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any store.
While serving myself frozen yogurt, a little bit accidentally spilled onto my hand. Naturally, I licked it off — and unbelievably, a staff member immediately accused me of stealing and eating without paying.
She was beyond rude, confrontational, and completely out of line. Instead of handling it professionally or even just being a decent human being, she embarrassed me publicly and told me I couldn’t come back inside.
The way she spoke to me was disrespectful, aggressive, and downright hostile over something completely innocent. I’ve never been treated with so much unnecessary hostility over a minor, harmless moment.
Absolutely disgusting behavior from someone representing a business. I will NEVER be returning and I’ll be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place. Management should seriously reevaluate who they have working for them — customers deserve better.

Went on Easter Sunday. Was happy to see it open , BUT when we went to put on toppings , three were empty, and the kid who never moved from behind the counter claimed each one I held up was the last of what they had !
Really?? Out of only a few liquid toppings , they ran out of most of them on a weekend?
Or someone didn’t feel like moving to refill anything.
Like the product very much , but the quality of the help is questionable.

Many of the yogurt places aren't offering 0 sugar anymore or consistently, they did and it was delicious!

Solid fro-yo place, flavors are usually good. Prices are pretty cheap as well.

i pass by this place often when im out on my little walks and occasionally i get my fix of frozen yogurt whenever my favorite flavor is in store or i stop by to say hi. both Tiki and Nicole are my two favorite cashiers to chat with while im cooling off theyre two of the sweetest ladies i know. my only complaint is the flavors cookie monster and pink lemonade they're the two worst flavors get them outta here!!

HORRIBLE!!! We had just gotten back from the beach and thought frozen yogurt would be a great treat for the kids. Upon entering, we were not greeted by the staff. The attendant simply stared at us without offering any tasting cups or assistance. When we finally asked if we could sample the flavors, she informed us that she had to handle the samples herself, which we accepted. However, when we proceeded to try additional flavors, the attendant, Nicole, became upset & frustrated. rushing to us as if we were commiting some kind of crime. She told us this was not allowed, citing that the owner was watching us (and her) on camera and would reprimand her.

Nicole pointed out my son and daughter, accusing them of wasting product because according to her, they had about “ 2 ounces” of yogurt in their cups. Who acts like this? This confrontation made us feel attacked and left our children extremely uncomfortable. Despite the unpleasant interaction, we proceeded to purchase our yogurt because the kids were looking forward to it, ultimately spending $90 on our visit.

Additionally, the selection of toppings was disappointingly limited—only about eight options. We have never encountered such a sparse variety of toppings at a frozen yogurt establishment. This, coupled with the stringent sample policy, strongly indicates that FroYo Topia prioritizes penny pinching & cost-cutting over creating a welcoming environment for their customers. The hostile demeanor encouraged by the owner and enforced among the staff is entirely unacceptable. A business that emphasizes surveillance of customers rather than providing genuine hospitality is NOT one we intend to patronize again.

To add to our dismay, my kids now refer to Nicole as "the mean lady from the yogurt place." This is not acceptable; children should leave such places happy and eager to return, not distressed and uncomfortable. What was meant to be a fun treat after a day at the beach turned into a sour experience that the kids are still talking about. No family should endure such treatment when seeking to enjoy a simple treat.

This is my favorite frozen yogurt spot in the area Totally recommend! (Guys if you read your Google reviews pls add Nutella as a topping, ty ?)
