Very rude staff went in late with young kids they scolded kids, we apologized as we continued to check out and staff was tAlking about us, then told us they are closing as we just paid $20 for 3 yogurts and tipped them. Wouldn’t be surprised if they go out of business- will not go back.

Awful customer service. Nicole hovered over us while we prepared our frozen yogurt, made comments about "wasted product" that we were willing to add to our tab, and then proceeded to argue and berate our party of 6 to the point of us just having to walk out. They're worried about "wasted product", but it cost them a whole lot more for us having to leave entire cups of yogurt after being verbally attacked over 0.01 oz of yogurt. Then the manager came and made it so much worse. Unbelieveable lol when there's 1093738 other froyo places in palm beach, go literally anywhere else. No wonder it was empty when we walked up!Not to mention, the toppings were old and clumped up, flavors were not good, and the place generally seemed less than clean.

Fro-Yotopia is a nice spot that will satisfy your frozen yogurt cravings. It has a good selection of flavors and toppings. Although I would just suggest plane yogurt or one or two toppings. The cookie dough and brownie bites tasted a bit off. They price by weight so it can get a bit expensive. Employees were friendly. Overall nice spot for kids and a refreshing treat!

Wow. All I can say is how Racist. I walk in with a party of 6 people (all non-white) about to fill up 6 cups worth of frozen yogurt. And When I went to pour for my sister-in-law frozen yogurt because she is holding her 1 year old baby. So before I pour the ice cream I pull the lever down to let the nasty dripping that was left over, and Nicole, the wonderful employee, walked over to us, then told me "Dont waste the product" because she assumed we could not afford the yogurt..... Not only did she then sit there with a disgusted look on her face, she just kept staring. Unbelievable. If your a white person or a white family feel free to go in here because you will not be met with discourse. If you are a person of color or have darker skin and feel like stepping back into the past feel free to go in here and be treated based on the color of your skin.
