Astrid delivers exceptional service, which keeps me coming back, for over 3 years now, and even after my move, it’s totally worth the drive!…her personality, knowledge of the flavours, and how she pairs them together, it’s an experience!!…she’s always joyful, welcomes with a smile, no matter how busy she gets, such an ASSET to the Gelato Grotto!…:)

Love Gelato Giotto, the gelato is always great and amazing espresso. I usually get the espresso macchiato or cappuccino and they never disappoint. Great customer service, very clean, and the sweet lady that works there is always so sweet with my kids and I. My kids love going. Highly recommend!

Worst person ever. She’s so rude last time coming here. She’s so rude to kids so if you do have kids don’t go there. She needs a new job or a new business if she’s the owner. I have other words to say about her but im being nice. Get a new person who’s going to be happy. Place is a joke

Literally some of the worst gelato I have ever eaten in my life. The place use to be good but they obviously changed their gelato. I had a brownie on another visit. It was as hard as cement. News flash brownies are suppose to be moist. Needed a hammer to break it apart all for 3 bucks. I guess again I’m the idiot for paying for garbage.

Do better. Don’t waste your money.

This isn’t even gelato. It taste like perfume and is the consistency of water. It actually melted like water as well. I do not believe it is even gelato. Save your money and go elsewhere

This shop appears to have been in business for 14 years, yet it still has no website with information about its products. My husband and I visited today so he could have a gelato. I asked about the ingredients in the flavors that the on-duty employee had identified as non-dairy, but she had no idea about that, so I followed the URL for the business’s website. It simply went to the shop’s Facebook page, which had no ingredient information either. A business this old should have a website with that information or at least have it in the store for employees to reference.

The facility was great as is the location for me. The service was perfect. For me the problem was the actual product. It was lacking in flavor specifically the "pop" of what it was supposed to be. As other posters mentioned it was a bit icy as well. The other ones that I tasted were similar as well. Other places have a very vivid taste profile where this place is a bit bland unfortunately.

Pistachio gelato was tasteless. Tiramisu was bland . Both were just slightly sugary .Very very disappointed. I feel so ripped off !

It smells like a public restroom inside. The gelato was the consistency of bad ice cream, with ice chunks throughout. I got chocolate caramel cheesecake. It tasted like a plain chocolate ice cream of poor quality. Easily the worst dairy treat I have ever had- not worth the calories. I only ate it because it was expensive.
