Pistachio gelato was tasteless. Tiramisu was bland . Both were just slightly sugary .Very very disappointed. I feel so ripped off !

It smells like a public restroom inside. The gelato was the consistency of bad ice cream, with ice chunks throughout. I got chocolate caramel cheesecake. It tasted like a plain chocolate ice cream of poor quality. Easily the worst dairy treat I have ever had- not worth the calories. I only ate it because it was expensive.

Have been going here for years, always with an enjoyable experience . After today I will never go back . We had the rudest server, who identified herself as Christine”, who had an attitude and insisted on lecturing me because I had too many punch cards. When I asked not to be lectured she became more aggressive. Never again!

I had nutella and cookies n cream.... I didn't feel this was actual gelato .. both flavors felts like ice cream.. not gelato!

Great gelato! So many flavours to choose from. There was one employee working, and the wait was long because she took her time with each customer group to ensure that they sampled the flavour they were interested in before making their selection.Could have a better location, more tables and maybe a place to wash up afterwards.

Skipped dinner and made a b-line to The Grotto. We've been loyal patron of Gelato Grotto for YEARS and honestly say this IS THE BEST GELATO around. Astrid welcomed us with her big smile and provided samples to narrow down the choice. After much deliberation, we went with coffee and pumpkin. A MAZ ING!!! Highly recommended!!! Can't wait for the holiday flavors forthcoming
