Do not recommend. They just reheat food. It’s not fresh. Chicken was stale and eggplant was soggy. So disappointing. We felt scammed. Shameful.
I wouldn't return, and I wouldn't recommend.
Lackluster customer service. They ran out of several food items, early in the evening. And... there was an awful long wait time to get our meals, which were bland and over cooked.
We had a table of 10. Everyone shared the same sentiment.
Food was fantastic. The bread is warm and crunchy. Each course was delicious. Probably some of the better Italian food around.
The staff was great but unless you have bug repellant, skip this place. I have 20 mosquito bites from being there for happy hour.
This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The food was completely bland and stale — absolutely no flavor. We ordered three dishes and three Aperol Spritz, all of which were overpriced and underwhelming. Even the drinks, which should’ve been refreshing, were flat and poorly made.
On top of that, there were flies everywhere, landing on our food and buzzing around the table. It was honestly disgusting. We couldn’t even finish our meal — not just because of the taste (or lack of), but because it felt unsanitary and uncomfortable.
I’ll be adding photos to show exactly what we were served. For the price we paid, we expected much, much better. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
The host is wonderful. Gives me a Midwestern vibe.
Service was terrible and the staff was very rude and disrespectful
Great place for a social gathering

We reserved the private room for my mother’s 80th birthday that is described on the private event brochure as an “elegant private room overlooking Grande’s wine room, accommodates 20-24 guest.” This is in fact a storage room for many flat screen TVs covered in bird poop that were randomly covered with table cloths. The placement of the TVs made it hard to get around the room, were unsightly, and I even stubbed my toe on one trying to get around. There were other random items that we had to request to be removed and for the air to be turned on since it was very hot. We decorated and made the best of it since my mom had guests coming. We had 20 guests total (including 3 smaller children) and could barely fit at the unevenly matched tables. The table should have had the promised bread and the bruschetta upon arrival of the guests. However we waited for 30-45 minutes before even bread was served.
Once guests arrived we waited a long time for drinks. The bread was delivered to one side of the table and there were guests that didn’t get a piece on the other side including my mother. I had to request more several times as well as for the appetizers that was only enough for half the guests. It took forever and was embarrassing- 1 and a half hours for the salads and almost 2 hours for entrees. Drinks were ordered and never arrived. When I expressed my frustration with the state of the space, the event planner as well as the presumable manager said he had been telling the owner that the state of the room was unacceptable for quite some time. They basically said they couldn’t do anything about it. No body helped our poor waitress who seemed to be overwhelmed and unprepared to accommodate a party of 20. The hallway to the bathroom was covered in boxes and was not accessible to anyone with a walker, wheelchair, or needing space to turn the tight corner. The storage in the hallway was excessive. The restrooms themselves had no toilet paper or soap.

Mind you. 4 of us. 2 of my favorites never received there Salads. One of us (me) my pasta e fagioli went to the table next to us. Dude tried to pass it over. At this point in time. Not good. It's pretty simple. Won't be going back to that joint.

My girlfriend's family (Atlanta), mine (Jupiter), and her and I (Honolulu) ate there Sunday (12/1/24) evening, and it was fantastic! The menu seems too big, but it makes sense, and the specials bring everything together, too. I had a lightly breaded yellowtail special -- I forgot the name, unfortunately (wine's good too)— photo below doesn't give it justice either. It was exactly as described and delicious.
Theresa is an excellent server and deserves a raise. Mahalo

Love it all day and twice on Sundays. When we vacation for spring training, we love this place soo much that we book our hotel based on how close it is to Grande Bella. We are your #1 fans from Terre Haute,

Great location with outdoor seating. Loved the seafood medley (salmon, shrimp, scallops, crabmeat, mussels, and clams) served over wilted spinach (alternative to pasta). We opted for the fra diavolo sauce. Our server Therese was excellent with in-depth knowledge of the menu and great recommendations.
