Great ice cream, young staff doing the very best they can without management planning. They desperately need a queue divider or designator, take a number or anything that will diffuse conflict and confusion.

Lady closed on February 4th, I went in ten min before closing and she told me that they were closed, I walked past the place one min later and she said was serving ice cream to other customers after I left. Horrible service.

Order at least twice a week and this time we ordered four Sundays and the cup was not even halfway full. Nobody answering the phone.

There were about 7 employees hanging around while my wife waited for someone to help her. When someone came over to help, they skipped her and helped the person behind her (which doesn’t make any sense). Finally, someone realized she was patiently waiting and helped her. She ordered a dulce de leche banana sundae. The pictures of the “dazzling sundaes” show the cups full of ice cream and topped with a swirl of whipped cream. Instead, we received a cup with more than half of it filled with whipped cream. We’ve ordered this before in Orlando and it was prepared properly. For the price they charge, it felt like a scam at Palm Beach Gardens.

The customer service here is awesome!!!! Jeffy was so amazing and so were his co-workers!! The ice cream is awesome too, but felt that was kinda obvious. ?☮️
