The pumpkin flavor ice cream is very delicious. 😋 The girl was very kind

Have been twice and both times the place had a funny smell and didn’t look clean. Also, both times the customer service was lacking - very unfriendly (no greeting and acted as if customers were a bother) and unprofessional (argued with each other) staff. Finally, I have several allergies - one time the worker showed me the ingredient/allergen list, and the other time the worker told me it was secret, which is so odd. The Italian ice itself was good with fair pricing - which is why I didn’t give it one star.

We had such a great experience at Jeremiah. Nevaeh was especially helpful and didn’t rush me when I was deciding on flavors (and I took my time!) and she even offered a pup cup for my dog. She went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect!

You didn’t fill the quart all the way up to the top. It was about 3/4 full. We ordered by DoorDash. I called & told a manager so he said he was but he didn’t seem to care or apologize. It was our very first time ordering your ices.

It was the first time stopping in at Jeremiah’s Italian ice and it was more than a treat, it was an experience like no other, Hats off to Sydney for giving us the full best advice on what was her favorite, Then we decided to devour our QUART with our 4 FABULOUS flavors which we picked Horchata, Salted Caramel, Cookies & Cream, Cake Batter THANK YOU SYDNEY you were SUPER DUPER with your SCOOPER best customer service!!! We will be back 🙌🏼🫡

I had a long day and morning. Walking home from my job because of a no show to come get me. And to not stay in Juno beach, these young lady (Sidney & Adriane) brought me out of a small depression and sad day. They are the best the smoke they give you when walking in is amazing and also to be a stranger drenched in sweat they came with open arms and treated me as such and not a stranger I love them… thank you because they’re really the best lord thank you for them

My daughter WITH BRACES found this metal piece in her cookie dough Italian ice! This is absolutely ridiculous thank God, she didn’t break a bracket or worse a tooth! How in the hell could this happen?
