Jersey Mike's Subs

On my first day to eat dinner there there was a fly that was zooming while we were in the line and i believe it was wrapped in my sandwhich… cause when i opened the sandwhich it flew out…. I think this location is busy, and there’s no time to even say hi to customers… please hire more workers… smh

I had a ticket and ham sub mikes way Evan and everyone was so excited and happy to serve me as a customer coming every time when I feel like having good fresh bread and toppings and meats I think you should to jersey mikes

So I was just in Jersey Mikes on northlake blvd and the heavy set guy with the glasses was rude. He side my sandwich as if he didn’t want to touch and then asked me do I want a bag. Who in the heck want to walkout with no bag. I felt a little uncomfortable. I hate to use the racist card. But I will never come to northlake

Ordered food from this location. Had it delivered and it was the wrong sandwich. Including items I am allergic to. Called to get my correct sandwich, Manager stated that I would have to order and pay for a new one since I have the sandwich and they will not deliver a new one, they are busy.
My Order: Turkey Provolone, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickle, Mayo, and Mustard
Delivered: Ham, Salami, Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Oil and Vinegar, and a bunch of other items.

I mean I would have given them the wrong sandwich back to get my correct one.

Cant order a new one until refund goes into my account either, so much for treating myself to lunch one day this week!

Typically this location is decent, but the management doesn't do well with customer service or issues. 01.29.2025

This is the best jersey Mike's because there is a picture of Danny Devito as a dorito on the soda cabinet

Also I'm never in the store for more than 10 minutes super fast service and love the staff

Great Cheese Steak and the use excellent products

The food is NEVER an issue here! The employees are friendly but my one issue with them is that they use their gloves to touch everything in the store and don’t change them until they’re done doing 10 things, including making your sub. I noticed the cashier shaking the rug out front and he went back in the store to wrap a sub with the same glove. For some reason he changed one glove but not the other. Besides the glove situation, this place is great!

Did not buy any sandwiches. $18 is way to much. Rather gets pizza for that much.

I ordered a Big kauna Giant earlier today and I noticed a slight change in the taste I called the store asked about them cooking pork or something new in the same grill as the steak Brice informed me it was the new pastrami he immediately fixed the problem and clean the grill thoroughly and made my sandwich fresh I really appreciated that so much for Brice to go out his way to make sure I enjoyed my sub this time I love this store and will definitely come back wen I’m in the area Brice was awesome thanks again young man

Do not order DoorDash from here, if you add any additional item to your sandwich they take one off . I added mustard and jalapeño to my sub in a tub. They decided that meant I didn’t want onion, tomato, oil or vinegar … ummm okay

Just had a meal here, #6, gotta say it hit the spot!!! Great job everyone! Made my day!
