Ownership / management at this location has a rogue employee on their hands. The guy working on April 24th around 6pm is unprofessional and terribly rude. He should not be allowed to interact with the public. Continuing to keep that guy on your staff will come back to bite you! I walked out and will never return to this location.

Disappointing on every level

Had my self a spicy italian boxed combo through the app and the gang there gave me a very nice sandwich, I know I'm biased because this is my local JJ's... covered parking on the back garage is free, stay in the shade!!

5 of us walked in and they had 1 employee making sandwiches. Stood at the register for 5 minutes, the employee was 5 feet from us and didn’t even acknowledge us.

The staff is always so friendly , attentive and “ freaky fast “ haha. My little johns are always made consistent and delicious. I love extra vinegar and they make sure to add it. It’s very clean inside and the employees are awesome Thanks everyone !

Prices now are outrageous. Over $20 for a sandwich chips and a coke delivered. $25 plus with tip. So much for a quick convenienant lunch options

I come here often for lunch , I work in the plaza . The staff is always so friendly , attentive and “ freaky fast “ haha. My little johns are always made consistent and delicious. It's not 5 star food but a solid 4 star for a sub shop is great in my book. They have a better taste profile to me than their competitor named after subterranean electric trains so I prefer going here.
