We really enjoy going there! Normally I don’t like to send my food back however last time I had to send my overcooked steak back. Server and manager replaced my filet with a perfectly cooked one??thank you again!

Good food and service every time so far. Only 4 on atmosphere because it's a busy restaurant, which is good, but can be a little noisy. One of our go-tos for a moderately priced steak night. And then the chocolate stampede dessert and I'm ready for bed.Kid-friendliness: My 9 year old son's favorite.

Very good burgers, steaks, and a large menu for lunch and dinner items. The wait staff is very friendly and efficient. This was a great place in North Miami for a good meal.

Needs better management! Don't cut staff at 830 on a Fri night?

Call before you go make sure they have servers. 15 to 20 minute wait and there was 15 open tables at 8:45 ended up sitting at the bar at a table which was uncomfortable will make your legs fall asleep. Just need to buy our steaks from Costco from now on the cooking myself just can't get a good steak at a restaurant anymore without a bunch of hassle

I’ve been to this location 3 times, twice I’ve had bad service. The sides are not the best in my opinion anyways, so I mainly go for the steak, tonight it just wasn’t it. Me and my friend asked for well done steak, her steak was still pink, even after we waited over 45 minutes for our food to come. We were told the long wait time was because the T Bone steak took a long time to cook because she ordered well done, yet the steak was still served medium . . . (I’m confused as well). My lobster tail was cold to touch like literally! It upsets me because I don’t understand why cook part of the meal and then sit it to the side while you cook the rest just for the food to come out cold. The wait was so long we figured they forgot about us, if the steak takes a long time to cook why not communicate that? No one came over to say your food will be out in just a moment there was no sorry for the wait, nothing. Not to mention the last time I came I asked the waiter if they could say happy birthday to my boyfriend with the dessert and etc and I was told they didn’t do anything like that, well here I am tonight clapping as a waiter is bringing the table next to me a dessert with a candle singing happy birthday . . . I think I’ll stick to the okeechobee location from now on.

The steak was cooked exactly right, and the flavor exquisite. The service and attention exceed my expectations. The ambient was without distractions and lighting soft. The prices are competitive for this type of restaurant.

I took my parents there for my step-dad’s 89th birthday. For them, a really big deal. When I called I made it clear we were there at their request to celebrate his 89th birthday. I reminded our waitress when we sat down to order. After ordering we NEVER SAW HER AGAIN. We asked for and never got bread. We never saw our server after order taken. We watched as another table celebrated a birthday with staff singing and bringing dessert. We on the other hand got no recognition of birthday other than the check. We waited….waited and waited. Finally left after leaving a full tip. I found the manager and his response….”I will speak to your server”.I will never step foot in there again. I will tell everyone I know not to go there. This level of service is totally unacceptable (especially for a Monday night) and is inexcusable. The food was good. The service deplorable. I hope to hear from someone at Longhorn who is at a level high enough that they care enough to reach out. Service matters!!

When we yearn for a good but reasonably priced steak we go here. Tues. steak overcooked, messy dinner plate not wiped prior to serving, salad dressing all over the bowl. Bartender most efficient and personable. When we were finished asked to speak to senior floor manger. Expressed our concerns and reminded her they’re about to have a huge month and Tuesdays need to be as good as Fridays & Sat. She was surprised we recognized a different cook - seriously when steak is your business it better be right first time. No we did not want another steak - just step up the game. This franchise employs a lot of students- that’s great but let’s train them and be on top of them so this is a learning experience for them - lessons they can employ in the future and not just be cheap labor.
