Almost always gets my order wrong. So many times i’ve ordered through app paying extra for extra items like lettuce and stuff, and they never deliver. Ordered an iced caramel mocha, got caramel only. husband has been having similar issues as well.

Terrible! I stood in line this morning for 10 minutes not one of the employees acknowledged me or the others at the front counter! All 3 employees were focus on drive thru . That is ridiculous if I didn’t leave after 10 minutes of no service I’d probably still be standing there along with everyone else !

Where has customer service gone? An older lady walks in to place an order. She told the manager she wanted to place an order. He told her that’s what the kiosk was for. She said I don’t do computers and he told her that’s the only way to place an order and let her walk out. SERIOUSLY!!

Quality is slipping at McDonalds. Got a regular hamburger. Had one pickle. Really?? People don't seem to take the time to make the burgers as advertised.
Those burgers never come the way they advertise.

I was waiting for my food at the drive through. Once I approached the window, I was extremely thirsty and asked Kavell, for some water. She generously handed me a cup of ice water and I thank her for that.

I asked for a chocolate shake. Does this seem like chocolate to you? They said that's how the chocolate shake came out and the flavor is vanilla.

I really order a combo number 6 and when I'm going to paid the manager said he no have a change for 100 bill but he said sorry bye in the drive thru after that I'm coming in to the building and he ask me like mad and I said do you accept samsung paid and hi ask me like unprofessional manager. this happened today November 26 2024 at 3:51 pm

This place stinks, they don’t do refills on coffee! Overcharge for extras, have rude employees! Charge for syrup after I buy $15-$20 dollars worth of items! And if I have a Bogo, and order something extra on both sandwiches they charge me twice for both extra items, Which isn’t a real Bogo! Every other establishment will comp one of the sandwiches! And they charge $1.89 for an extra egg! 5-star restaurants charge less for an extra egg! Also they refuse to let you order at the register and make you go to a self checkout kiosk, Just an all around bad location! Would not recommend this location!

routinely closes 30+ minutes prior to listed hours. will leave you hanging at the drive-thru without letting you know they're closed. will take online orders via app with no intention to fulfill them. they're decent mid-day but don't waste your time in the evening
